The Master Bedroom has been freshened up as well with a brand-new Serta Queen Size mattress and new upholstered bed and linens. The bathroom was completely done with new tile bath walls, rain head shower and rinsing wand with bead board walls and navy vanity for a more nautical look. Please inquire about two weeks’ stay, the management will contact you if availability is possible. The owner can only rent once in a thirty-day period, per condominium documents and Sarasota County statutes, for whatever length of time less than 30 days. The condominium association requires a background check, must be done a week prior to check in.
