It is on the second floor HEATED Swimming pool is at your door steps Two bedrooms allow 4 people to stay comfortably. Both bedrooms feature Queen Size beds. Wireless internet and cable is provided. Fully equipped kitchen has absolutely everything you will ever need. Big table in dinning room seats 4 to make you feel comfortable during your meals.

Friends Beach Trip

The apartment was just what we needed(clean spacious and washer and dryer) and a reasonable price. The property the apartment is at was extremely run down. Excellent location right across the street from a nice grocery store and restaurants. Also very close proximity to beaches and other activities. Property manager great to work with overall a great experience!

Sarasota condo spring break stay

Good value for the area. The condo itself was a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath and had everything we needed. The location is close to lots of restaurants and only 10 minute easy drive to Siesta beach.The pool was very clean and heated. Downside is the property grounds felt run down and unkept. If you’re looking for great value in good location this is a great option. The unit itself was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Overall good find.

Great location, lovely apartment

We enjoyed our stay a lot. Spacious living room, nice functional kitchen, laundry available, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and 2 bathrooms, each with a tub/shower, sink and toilet. Good view on pretty backyard. Publix grocery store walking distance across the street on Clark. Our host was easy to communicate with a very accommodating. Highly recommended!

Condo review

Condo was terrible. Oven didn’t work, air conditioning went out. Drawer in kitchen cabinet fell apart in our hands. Property manager took it and said he would repair. General condition of condo and outside surrounding was terrible.

Slightly disappointed

The apartment was clean but not well equipped. No mattress pads on beds. No kitchen knife other than two well used worn steak knife. The out side patio was dirty and had only two card table folding chairs. The trash can in the kitchen was extra small. And there was no info about the property and amenities. Nothing to welcome you. Once we found our way around it was pleasant but pool chairs were all worn out or broken. The Vrbo listing never said it was a second story unit. Which was fine for us but it really should let people know .

Hello, we are sorry that some of the things were disappointing for you. You stayed there for 7 days, why didn't you call me and ask to correct these things??? I always say that I'm in town and to call me if there is a problem.

Nice condo

Condo was nice although we found 2 cockroaches. Mostly dead. Could have also used a bottle opener. Pool area was also nice.

I apologize for the inconvenience. palmetto bug are common in Florida especially in area that have a lot of palm trees. I will get the bottle opener.

Great value, great location, excellent communication

Everything was exactly as stated. Two couples stayed and the accommodations worked well for us. Siesta Key beach was great and is a short drive from the condo. The owner was responsive in every respect. Highly recommended.

Great Condo Located near Everything

I had the opportunity to stay at the location and it was a great experience. The owner was very accommodating and hospitable! Everything that you need is already within the location! The location is close to shopping and located to easily navigate the city!

Outside appearance of Property

The outside of the property was NOT what it had showed on the website. The inside was exactly how it was displayed on website. It was not communicated that it would be a second floor apartment. The apartment was satisfactory for our needs for the week.

Our four night rainy stay

Clean unit. Good to very good condition. Very good showers. Small but adequate bathrooms. Soft big towels. Pool is nice. Area needs improvement. Sheets are bad - won't stay on the oversize mattress. Suggest owner get something better. Needs something besides two folding chairs on the deck. The exterior has nice landscaping but the exterior of the buildings is in terrible shape. Looks like they have started to address this problem beginning at the front of the large complex. Need to get a larger TV. This was the smallest size on the market. Guessing about a 22". But rarely watched TV anyway. Games and toys are nice thought in the unit, so our granddaughter had fun playing with them. Owner is probably working on upgrades as I think he hasn't had this condo/apt very long. Overall, convenient location for Sarasota with lots of very good restaurants nearby.

Condo at Sienna Park

Easy to find, Close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Unit appeared clean but has ants. Upon sweeping the floor, we noticed food under the loveseat that wasn’t from us. Found ants in the bottom oven drawer as well. Bed was comfortable but the sheets were terrible. They did not stay on the bed. Only had a small TV for the living room, none in bedrooms. Couch material was like a suade fabric and looked like it needed steam cleaned. Luke the property manager was nice and helpful.

Hello, thank you for your review. We corrected all the issues. The sheets were not the problem. It was a liner under the sheets that was slippery. We changed that.

Swimming pool needs better maintenance. Couldn't walk bare foot in the condo. Fine black dust coated feet even though the floors looked clean.

Wrongly Advertised

Pictures shows a pool outside of the unit, the pool is not located anywhere near this unit. You have to walk two flights of stairs NOT PROBABLY LIGHTED ! Weekends where a never ending party ! Location is in a bad neighborhood, the smell of illegal drugs was constant! Nowhere for the baby to play! Trying to get groceries up 2 flights of stairs with kids totally nightmare, parking is not close to unit. Was charged for blinds that were already broken, home owners are rude and I feel are just in this business to file claims. Not recommend for anyone with kids. I wouldn’t even stay here with my husband and definitely not ALONE.

We are sorry you feel that way. You had a perfect place when you first walked in with a very special low price. Unfortunately you could not appreciate it and left our place in really bad shape. You turned our place into storage because you were moving from another state. You did not leave on time at 11:00 AM like the vrbo contract requires, you left refrigerator full of food, you left dirty diapers and tampons, trash was allover the kitchen, towels were missing, couches were dirty. Somehow you did not call us with any complaints during your17 day stay. Obviously you never rented from vrbo because you did everything wrong. We hope it makes you feel really happy to leave a 1 star review.
