In the unique and coastal community of Sea Ranch, California, youâll find a sanctuary of thoughtfully designed homes blending seamlessly with rugged cliffs, windswept meadows, and majestic redwoods. Among those homes is SeaBreeze Sanctuary, a serene 3-bedroom escape where youâll feel as though youâve stepped into a tranquil haven where nature and architecture exist in perfect harmony, and lasting connections are formed to the land, the sea, and to one another.
The Space:
Settle into a comfortable, down-to-earth retreat ideal for families and small groups. This single-family home sleeps up to 8 across three private bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. Gather in the main living area for game nights, music on the sound system, or a laid-back movie with the DVD player. Step outside to the garden/backyard with outdoor seating and a BBQ grill, then cap the day with a soak in your private hot tub.
The primary bedroom includes a smart TV for easy streaming. A washer and dryer in the home makes it simple to refresh beach towels and hiking gear, and an on-site EV charger adds extra convenience for electric vehicles.

âą Pet policy: Weâre happy to welcome your furry friend! One pet is allowed per stay. An additional $75 fee applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed.
âą Washer & Dryer: In-home washer and dryer are available for guest use.
âą EV Charging: An on-site EV charger is available for guest use.
âą WiFi is provided; however, due to our rural location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
