Relax and unwind in this luxurious retreat, thoughtfully designed for comfort and style. Highlights include:

- Private Heated Spool Oasis: A 18x6-foot spool (spa + pool) that combines the soothing elements of a spa with the comfort of a cozy pool, heated year-round for tranquil soaks or refreshing dips.

- Complimentary pool heating for 1 night on 3+ night stays (March–May). Spa/turbo jets not included.

POOL/SPA HEATING: Pool/Spa heating (up to 100°F) is available for an additional $69 per night or $345 per week. Please note that the pool and spa automatically shut off at 10 PM to comply with the community's quiet hours.

- Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 100 degrees.

- We also provide access to a spacious Community Pool with a spa and lounge chairs, conveniently located just steps from the house. I must add that we do not have the controls for the heating of the community pool. *Photos available upon request.

- Expansive Great Room: Open-concept living with a bright and airy design, featuring a 75-inch smart TV, original artwork, and seamless access to the backyard through south-facing sliding glass doors.

- Primary Suite: King-size Casper memory foam bed, 65-inch smart TV, variable-speed ceiling fan, spacious walk-in closet, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and oversized shower.

- Secondary Suite: Stunning mountain views, a double bed with a Casper memory foam mattress, a ceiling fan, and direct access to the shared second bathroom.

- Third Bedroom: Double bed, natural light, mountain views, and a closet with ceiling fan.

- Fourth Bedroom: Bunk bed with a full-size lower bed and twin-size upper bed, small closet, and natural light; perfect for families.

- Comfortable Climate Control: Stay cool year-round with efficient air conditioning throughout.

Game On! Our Brand-New Palm Springs Game Room

- We’ve just added a stunning new Game Room designed for nonstop fun and relaxation. Enjoy a pool table, ping pong, and foosball, along with a huge 89” TV and a comfortable sofa-cum-bed. While it’s not a mini theater, the large screen, immersive sound, and overall experience truly make it feel like one. With great ambiance and plenty of space to hang out, this room is perfect for friendly competition, movie nights, and unforgettable Palm Springs memories.

- A Tesla charger is available to you at a day charge of $10 (for each car). Please note: no adapters are provided, and guests charge their vehicles at their own risk.

- Safety Features: Sliding windows with safety alarms to alert you if children access the pool area unsupervised.

- Pet Policy: Sorry, no pets allowed.
- No Smoking inside house : Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. A $200.00 extra cleaning fee will be charged for any detected smoke.
