Grande cuisine ouverte avec salle familiale attenante; salle à manger séparée et salon avec cheminée. Cour d'entrée fermée et un garage pour 3 voitures. Den situé hors de la chambre principale qui a un accès direct à la piscine et au spa. Un canapé-lit queen-size peut accueillir 2 enfants de moins de 12 ans. Nous sommes à 10 minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Palm Springs. Si vous n'avez pas envie de conduire, Uber et Lyft sont les services les plus utilisés par les clients et les locaux. Les prix varient selon l'offre et la demande. Si vous souhaitez que la piscine et le spa soient chauffés, il y a un supplément de 49 $. 00 par nuit. Ne pas fumer. Main drawback is that patio and pool face north -good for summer months but not good for the winter . House is spacious and well maintained .,owner was very responsive and helpful . Garden is not large .

Bachelorette Weekend

My friends and I had a blast here for my bachelorette weekend. Location was great, 5 minutes from town and 5 minutes from the airport. The house has a wonderful layout for a group and both indoor and outdoor spaces were perfect! The hosts were very generous and readily available if we needed anything at all! Would highly recommend this house, and will stay here for any future trips to Palm Springs!

Fantastic Stay

Our party of 7 (3 kids aged 5 and under) had a great stay at this house! It was very spacious, clean, and well set up for our needs. The pool and spa were fantastic, we loved spending time swimming and relaxing. I have stayed in many houses in Palm Springs and would definitely return to this one. Host was very thoughtful and communicative! Thanks for everything.

Wonderful stay, and excellent hosts!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely Palm Springs home. The house was very spacious for our party of 7 and well-equipped. The grounds were well-kept, and it's situated centrally and in a nice neighborhood. Eduardo was the consumate host, who was very responsive to our inquiries and wanted to ensure a pleasant stay. The outdoor space was great, and we loved the view of the mountains. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, and recommend to others!

Loved loved loved it!!!!

This place was so relaxing. I would stay here again and again. The communication with the host was amazing, they got back to you right away. The house was an oasis of relaxation and peace. My kids were in the pool the whole week. We cooked everyday and my kids didn’t spend a lot of time on their tablets and cellphones. My teenagers actually played with my little ones. I will be back thanks for the amazing stay.

Spacious house for weekend with friends!

The house is comfortable and well-laid out for a weekend get-away with girl friends. It was well-appointed with linens, kitchen supplies, etc. and was immaculate; one bathroom had a minor mini-ant incursion that the host, Eduardo, immediately addressed even though it was after hours on Friday. Eduardo and his team are extremely responsive and welcoming. Before you check in, they send videos to help you navigate the basics, such as location of the garage lockbox, an extra communication that was helpful. I highly recommend this property.

Swan House Extraordinaire

Loved, loved, loved everything about this house, the hosts, and the on site manager. Our stay was fabulous! The pool was fabulous. The house was well equipped with everything. There were six adults, two teens, one preteen and a thirteen month old little boy in our party, and everyone was happy! Not an easy feat! One of us had to telecommute and the internet worked great, very fast. I wish we had booked our stay for more time. I highly recommend this house and plan on coming back much more often.A+++++++ from us. Thank you Armando, Eduardo, and Gabi🌻🌻🌻

34th annual adventure

5 adults stayed for 8 days. The setup was perfect for our group. Having a private bathroom with each bedroom was great! The house is nicely decorated and there is plenty of room to be together as a group and also room to have separate spaces of our own. The location couldn’t be better for exploring Palm Springs and for some short day trips. We were there in the winter but were able to sit/dine outside unless it rained. The neighborhood was good for morning walks. Typically we like to visit a new place each year but we are talking about coming back here next year!!!

Golden Girls Get-away

There are 5 of us retired flight attendants who travel around together. When we travel we are very picky about the location, number of bedrooms and bathrooms of the house we rent. On top of it all, the reviews have to be above average. We chose Armando and Edwardo's SWAN HOUSE for those very reasons. The two hosts were the absolute best communicators of any we've ever rented from. From the get-go they were right there to answer any question we had. On top of that, Arturo their property manager greeted us at the house to show us around and answer questions. That was very helpful. The process was seamless. Their house was sparkling clean a must! It was beautifully decorated, had plenty of nice glasses, coffee cups, dishes, appliances etc, nice bedding and plenty of it. It felt like all the comforts of home. The back yard has a beautiful pool and hot tub, firepit, lounges, sitting area and dining table and chairs. It was nice to also have a patch of grass and a nice big mature orange tree that was lit up with white twinkle lights at night and the most fragrant blossoms ever. We 5 ladies agreed we could live there permanently. The house design was really great and rooms all very spacious with a dining room, living room, eating bar in a big spacious kitchen and an open plan to a large family room. We liked that the front outside of the house was well lit at night. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. We will definitely recommend and book here again! Check it out!

Our Super Week at Swan House

If you want luxury, comfort, and owners who really care about your experience, then Swan House should be your choice. The house is beautifully decorated, large and spacious, but the real treat is the outdoor dining lanai, heated pool and jacuzzi,. There’s a fire pit too! Armando and Eduardo were gracious and attentive to every need. We would happily rent from them any time, any place, and recommend them without reservation. Our daughter’s family joined us on our trip and share this assessment.

Summer Getaway

The house is as described...fabulous! Every room is so large and fit the 6 of us so perfect. We spent a lot if tine at the house this year. It is angled so even though the temperature was high end of June, the breeze was so nice. We never got too warm and the pool was nice and cool. The kitchen is set up nice and we had most of our meals at the house. We did some BBQ. It is close to downtown by car, we took a ride there and stopped at a few shops. We plan to return when possible when the kids are out of school. The owners of the property are such wonderful, kind, caring people. They went out of their way to accomodate our needs and by conference call/text someone would be available at any time. The sweet housekeeper met us and showed us around/answered any questions. I cant think of anything that we didnt like. Thanks so much. We HIGHLY recommend this home for any length of stay.

Wonderful, spacious house!

Beautiful home! Three huge bedrooms, all with en-suite large bathrooms, plus another good-sized bedroom with a trundle bed, and a nice desk. Half bath in the hall is super convenient. We had three couples and two kids, and we had lots of room - very spacious home. Lots of room to spread out. Dining room was great for all 8 of us. Kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed. House was clean, and well-stocked with towels, blankets, pillows, etc. Full size laundry was great. The back yard was awesome - plenty of seating, chaise lounges, large dining table, a fire pit, and of course, the pool and spa (hot tub). The location is great - easy to get to downtown Palm Springs, the airport, and to highway 10. Eduardo and Armando were quick to answer any questions, and were very good hosts. We definitely will be back!

From the detailed attention (the owners called or texted everyday to make sure we were happy and comfortable) and exceptional hospitality of the owners, to Gaby's friendly and efficient tour, everything was perfect. Thoughtful inclusions like toothpaste and shower gel made us feel at home. The saltwater pool was an irresistible oasis, offering relaxation and magical experiences. The elegantly furnished bedrooms provided a serene haven, and cleanliness was remarkable throughout. The owners' exceptional accessibility, even while abroad, added a special touch. Conveniently located near downtown amenities, this rental is a gem. Highly recommended! Fantastic spot in Palm Springs

Our family spent our Christmas vacation at the Swan House. The property layout is terrific - excellent commons area for gathering, and ample private areas. The property is nice, cleanliness was excellent and the location seemed central to everything we wanted to do. Communication with the owners as well as the property manager were seamless. I highly recommend the Swan House!

Perfect getaway

First time visiting Palm Springs on a mother/daughter trip. The property was well kept and the backyard pool area was perfect for hanging out. We had 8 people in our group and the house had plenty of space/beds to accommodate our group. We had one small issue with the hot tub heater and management was quick to respond to fix the issue. Would definitely return to this property on our next visit to Palm Springs!

Awesome stay

We had a great time at Swan House! We had two families with 3 kids total ages 2-6. The house was perfect with two distinct sides of the house for each family. The outdoor pool/hour tub area was perfect and the views were great. We have an issue that came up during our stay, but then owners and property managers were responsive and professional and handled it quickly. Definitely recommended!

Great time in Palm Springs

The property was excellent for the seven of us and Fred, the Manager responded to any minor issue we had. Eduardo often called us from his home in Mexico and then met us on our departure day. A very nice gentleman. The place is very roomy, the pool area was great and the location was very good for golf.

Great stay at Swan House!

This was my third trip to Palm Springs and the first for my family. We loved Swan House and would stay there again. Having a private pool is so perfect and this one did not disappoint. The backyard is beautifully landscaped with lots of seating options. The house is huge and set up so well for a variety of groups. My husband and I along with 4 kids ranging in age from 11-19 enjoyed the layout of the house with every bedroom having a private bathroom and TV. There was no need to share which made everyone happy. I was a little worried about the 4th bedroom being a den off of the master but it really is a bedroom. Even though there is an adjoining door to the master, it also has its own door. We didn't feel like we were sharing a space at all. The house was clean and well furnished. It looked just like the pictures on the listing. The owners, Eduardo and Armando, and their agent, Roger, were so accommodating and helpful before and during our stay. We had to postpone our trip for a year due to COVID but it all worked out and we were grateful that we finally got to enjoy Swan House.

Awesome experience, beautiful home!

This was our first time we have ever rented this way, normally we stay in hotels. But because of the pandemic, we felt safer staying in a private residence that didn't have to share any amenities. Wow were we blown away with this experience! After booking, we were greeted with a welcome email from Eduardo, Armando (co-owners) and Roger (property manager). It was warm, kind and welcoming. I immediately felt reassured about our decision to try VRBO and their home. Everything in the house was exactly as the pictures indicated, the house was clean, neat and easily accessible. Our walk through with Roger was short and efficient. The house is centrally located to Downtown Palm Springs which made our adventures into town quick and easy! The pool was well maintained, the house is spacious and we could have easily brought a few more people. The kitchen and grill were perfect for a quick meal. Eduardo, Armando and Roger immediately set up a group text so any and all questions could be addressed immediately. We had a few questions and felt that their response and actions were swift and productive. We could not have been happier with how the handled each little minor hiccup or question. Overall, we were so thrilled with our experience, we would definitely stay at the Swan House again. We were thoroughly impressed by Eduardo, Armando and Roger.
