This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

As always, the week flew by and we are already looking forward to the next visit. This is always the best week of the year for me. The only issue I had with this rental was the cabin was vacant for several days before our check-in and we were told it was being cleaned the day we arrived which prevented an early check-in. We were about an hour and a half late getting into the cabin.

This vacation property was heavenly. My wife and I spent our 20th anniversary here and left with smiles and the decision to rent this property again to bring our children with. The amenities were outstanding, the views spectacular. Just a few minor inconveniences that was easily overlooked… 1. Fireplaces were shut off until October 1st (did not know this until we arrived (we would of loved to enjoy a cozy fire while cuddling on the sofa watching TV)), 2. Construction was going on at the property just below us, so we had some noise during the weekdays, 3. Wished the pooled was warmer than it was; water temperature was at about 70 degrees, would of preferred it in the low 80s (but that could just be me being picky). Overall, we loved this property and cannot wait till we can return. Recommend this property to everyone looking for a quiet, heavenly get-away
