Charming 2-bedroom, two and half bath townhome with a nice view on Timber Ridge in Woodbury (Hudson Valley). Only a short drive from Woodbury commons premium outlets, Bus and train stations to NYC (about 65mins away). 20-30mins drive to West Point military academy, LegoLand and other fun spots. Huge community swimming pool and park nearby.

Features 2-bedrooms with attached bathrooms each. Nice living room, dining. Kitchen, extra half bathroom and a patio deck with a nice view.
Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, heating, AC, and more. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at my place.
Other Fun Stuff: There’s a super large community pool with play ground for kids, resting area for adults, fun outdoor games and much more. There’s a gigantic community park with a beach, jog/walk path, basketball, volleyball, baseball courts, soccer field, outdoor games and much more. If you love outdoor activities this is sure a place you will like.
PLS NOTE:
Kids stay free. Pet ok but I need to know what kind of pet in advance plus talk hygiene. You will need a pass to get into the community pool and park which the host will provide and/or check you in in-person.
3pm check in. 11am check out. Absolutely No smoking anywhere inside the house please. Absolutely no loudness. No gathering of any kind. No Parties of any kind. Enjoy your quiet stay!

The listing is inaccurate, the place is in disrepair. I would be embarrassed to have my family stay there let alone charge people for it. The kitchen looked like a scene from kitchen nightmares. There appeared to be bugs living in a crack behind the sink, the faucet was disgusting and the microwave looked like it was hot glued together and could give way at any moment. Thankfully we were in town for a wedding and wouldn’t be using it. The closer you looked around the house the more you wanted to shut your eyes. Also the first flush of the downstairs bathroom broke the brittle and corroded handle mechanism. When I contacted the host instead of being understanding and helpful he was accusatory and disrespectful. Due to this unforeseen circumstance and uncomfortable back and forth with the host, we were late to the wedding and put a damper on the day. We were so uncomfortable with the condition of the place and the way we were treated by the host, we didn’t even end up staying the night. We grabbed our stuff and took a 3 hour drive home at 11:28 PM. This was a huge disappointment and inconvenience to say the least, especially considering the 1500 deposit. Which I was willing to pay knowing we would barely be in the the house at all, only to get ready for the wedding and sleep. I was traveling with my husband and adult children we wouldn’t have done any damage to the place. I don’t want to be held responsible for the host’s neglect. I could go on but the word count is limiting.

The property owner had superb communication with us. We arrived very late and did not have any issues checking in. They even had purchased food for our stay! Everything we needed was in the house. They checked on us during our stay to ensure everything was perfect. The view from the deck looked beautiful, although we were on the go and didn’t have time to fully enjoy on this trip. Would highly recommend staying here!

The home is nice and clean and the owner is nice and communicates well.. The listing is innacurate about a few things.. We chose this specific house due to it being listed as "5 minutes from West Point and showing Pictures of the community pool, plus having a check-in time for 10 am.. We drove 12 hours there and realized once we arrived that... The house is located 30 minutes away from West point, the check in time is 3:00 pm and you can't get into the community pool (thats a 10 minute drive) unless the home owner is there with you personally to get you in. The location is near food and shopping, it was a safe area, quiet, and overall a nice clean place.. The owner was very responsive and there were no issues there.. This will probably be a good fit for most people but we had a very specific need and we purchased it based on that, and it wasnt accurate in the listing.

Kitchen issues

The size, location, and view is good. The kitchen is very dated and could use a deep cleaning. There is a strong stench of moth balls in the kitchen and it drifts into the entry way and living room. The drawer and cabinet handles have a greasy film—many of the cooking utensils were sticky and had to be washed before use. The owner graciously offered us coffee pods and fruit. The photos show the lack of cleanliness and general disrepair in the kitchen. There was an additional microwave on the countertop for use but that shouldn’t excuse cleaning the outside surface of the one above the stove even if it doesn’t work. There was food that had not been cleaned up on the stovetop as well. The beds and pillows were comfy and the bathrooms were clean. Often a VRBO has a manual for the home that gives the rules of the home and any check out instructions. This home would benefit from one of those so the customer doesn’t have to reach out to the owner for this information. That said, the owner responded quickly to all inquiries.

Excellent stay

Had old friends coming into the area. They were staying with family so we decided to find a nice place to spend an evening catching up over good wine and food. This place was perfect and the property manager was excellent in communicating with me on check in/check out. He graciously let us check in early to beat the snow that day and even cleaned the cars/driveway of snow/ice in the morning by the time we had woke up! Highly recommend for those looking for a nice, clean and spacious place to stay in a great area of the Hudson Valley.

Really nice neighborhood. Always clean and quiet. Tidy homely home. Nice view from the patio deck. Huge swimming pool for adults and kids. Gigantic park with playgrounds for kids. a beach, walk/jogging pathway, lots of outdoor games like basketball, volleyball courts, lawn tennis etc..
Nice bars, restaurants, shopping and other fun spots nearby…
