We offer 24-hour check-in with keyless entry

- Hot tubs take a few hours to heat up after they have been cleaned and sanitized after the previous guests checked out.
- All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not.
- We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Year’s Day.
- All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
- Maximum of 2 dogs ($75 per stay).
-We provide a starter pack of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, coffee/tea to get you started during your stay. For longer stays or if you require additional supplies, we kindly ask that you plan to purchase these items as needed. There is a dollar general a mile from the home.
