Notre cabine est une cabine de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains sur deux niveaux - avec un parking plus que suffisant!
* Le niveau supérieur principal comprend le salon, la salle à manger, la cuisine ainsi que la chambre principale avec lit king et 2 salles de bain complètes. Couchage supplémentaire est disponible via un canapé-lit dans le salon.
* Le niveau inférieur comprend la salle de jeux avec des jeux de société. Il y a 2 chambres à coucher king et 1 salle de bain complète.

We had a great stay at this cabin, very private location. Cabin was clean and very spacious. GPS worked fine to get us to the cabin and surrounding area.

Lovely Stay!

This cabin was amazing for our family! We had 3 adults and 4 kids ages 4 & under! I have no complaints except the view from the cabin in the pictures is not entirely accurate. It has grown up a lot and you have trees blocking the Mountain View. You can still see some mountains but it is not a huge Mountain View like pictured. Overall though, besides the view, the cabin was perfect and we enjoyed every minute of it! Thank you!

Simply Golden

The name of the cabin sums it up...Simply Golden. The cabin was clean and comfortable and the views spectacular. We did a lot of daytripping and it was a nice place to return to for rest and relaxation.

Great cabin

Enjoyed our stay with family in this beautiful mountain cabin. Views were gorgeous, shopping was great, and Dollywood was lots of fun! Hope to get back there one day.

House was clean and we were able to check in early with just one call to the owner. Check in was super easy. The view was beautiful. Will stay here again

Peace and quiet

The cabin was perfect for our family. It was very clean, perfect location (close to town but away from the busyness), and amazing views. The owners were in contact prior to and also after our arrival to ensure we arrived safely and the property met our expectations. I feel like they were available at any time should we have needed them. We will be staying here again in the future.

This home and location were absolutely amazing! Everything was clean and well kept.

Only thing that would have made it better, would have been some decent pots and pans. Otherwise, I highly recommend this VRBO. Communication was also very good!

Clean, comfortable and peaceful

The cabin was as listed. Clean, comfortable and peaceful. Easy access to get into cabin. The owners were great to rent thru. The rocking chair view was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed building a fire in fire pit. Would recommend it others.

Family Christmas

My family and I arrived the day after Christmas and had the best time. The cabin was exactly as portrayed. The neighborhood was beautiful as was the view. We did go into Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but with so many people there finding things to do was difficult; instead we went back to the cabin and played pool, card games and just enjoyed being there with each other. I would recommend this cabin for families and plan to rebook when you travel there again. The hosts were so accommodating especially when I had to add a guest. Made the process easy.

Enjoyed the cabin. Wish the colors had changed. Note, 1/2 the jets in the jacuzzi did not work. The location is excellent. Easy to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinberg & Parkway!

Quiet Paradise

Our stay here was beyond exceptional. It was so quiet and relaxing! The views were gorgeous and watching sunset from the rocking chairs in the living room was a nice ending to great days. We didn’t hear any neighbors which was a huge plus! Seeing the snow caps on the mountains was also a pleasant surprise. The cabin was so clean and well-kept. The beds were very comfy and the amount of seating for everyone was wonderful. We cooked some great meals and enjoyed family style around the large dining room table. It was roughly 15-20 minutes from the PF strip, allowing us to come and go throughout the day without issue. We were able to check in early and the owners communicated great.

Celebration

Beautiful home. It was perfect for four adults and one dog that loved this house. Came to the Smokey Mountains to celebrate a milestone birthday. She chose the smokey 's for her celebration. This home had everything you needed. Grilled out, used hot tub nightly, and fire pit nightly. Fenced in area for dog was a plus. Beautiful view. Got some great sunset pictures. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing.

We first arrived and immediately noticed the porch/patio areas were covered in bird droppings, inside the cabin was not as advertised. The furnishings were dirty and worn-out in the living room. The beds need to be replaced as well. I had to go out and buy air room spray for the smell in the basement and there are spiders in the basement bathroom. We were very unsatisfied.

Great cabin for large family. Pictures are accurate, owners great to work with

Pros: Large cabin with adequate parking for 3/4 vehicles. Have used VRBO/Home Away many times in the past 10/12 years, have never had the beautiful mountain views of this cabin. It is a bit off the Wears Valley Hwy., but very accessible with great roads leading up to the cabin. It was adequately furnished with charcoal and gas grill, the air conditioning was phenomenal (90 deg. while we were there). Beds were adequate, might think about replacing the mattress in the downstairs bedroom going out the back door (was a bit slumped in the middle). We only used the hot tub once, good working order. The pool and fishing pond is not close to this cabin, but a short drive away. Caught a nice little bass in the pond, but released him. Keep in mind when u read the overview, that the kitchen, living area and master bedroom are upstairs which would not be a problem for young folks. Would not hesitate to recommend this cabin to anyone!! Cons: Week was not long enough!!

Good property - not quite as advertised

We enjoyed our stay in the secluded smoky mountains, HOWEVER, definitely not as advertised. Was under the impression the “fishing pond and community pool” were very close to the property…. However ended up being about a 12 minute drive so the kids couldn’t go without us. As well as the ENTIRE community has access to the pool so it was always very crowded, giving us minimal time to enjoy it. The fishing pond was a huge reason we picked the property and although the staff at the facility was very nice the pond is poorly maintained and full of weeds/muck - the boys were unable to catch any fish despite multiple days we were there. Property is dog friendly which was a big plus, but minimal grass in rock yard and at the top of a steep rock driveway. Just wish we would have known some of these things prior to booking. Very nice property and manager was easy to talk to, however if we had the choice we would definitely chose a different property next time we visit the Smoky mountains.

Donn and Margaret Tisch are the owners/managers of Smoky Mountain Golden Cabins - where you rent from the owners! Smoky Mountain Golden Cabins specializes in secluded and private setting cabins in Wears Valley, Tn. Donn grew up on the farm and has tried his hand at several professions including working as a chef, managing a dry cleaning plant and an over the road trucker before finding his way into the vacation rental business. Margaret is originally from Ireland (part of why she so loves Wears Valley, it reminds her of home!) and she has called the United States her home since moving here in the 1980's. Margaret has owned a cleaning company in Florida, is widely known as the best mother in the whole world and has spent the last several years working in retail at one of the major box stores. Donn and Margaret have two grown son's. Our eldest son, Jerry is married to his wife Nikki and they have one son named Artie and daughter due in summer of 2019. Jerry and Nikki also own cabins they rent in Wears Valley. Our youngest son, Bobby, is soon to be moving to the area and joining us in management and maintenance of our cabins! It is our faith that directs who we are and what we believe. When it comes to our guests experience in one of our vacation properties, we hope to provide a setting of rest and peaceful relaxation. We believe that in this busy world all too often the first thing lost are those special times with family and friends. We hope guests will at some point during their stay, make a special memory that they will carry for their life time. Time is short and we are but only here for a little while - So take some time to come to the mountains, breath in that fresh mountain air and take in all the grandeur and beauty! Spend sometime on the porch in a rocker or relaxing in the hot tub and let the cares of the world pass by! At Smoky Mountain Golden Cabins we are in the business of making memories that last a life time!

We named this cabin Simply Golden because that is exactly what it is! You're going to love staying here and once you do, you will want to return again and again!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

What really makes this cabin special is that it backs up to the National Park and Cove Mountain in a tiny (gorgeous) notch of Wears Valley, that most people are completely unaware of. There are no other rental cabins here - no traffic - zero! And yet only 10-12 minutes from Pigeon Forge parkway - easy and enjoyable drive any time of year. Of all our cabins, Margaret and I enjoy this cabin the most! It is truly an awesome gem and we feel blessed to be able to offer it to you and your family!
