This Charming 2 Bedroom Cottage is Located in the heart Beach Haven and comfortably sleeps 4 guests,w/ a queen bed and 2 twin beds (linens and towels are required), a complete kitchen, a full bathroom w/ shower, a comfortable Family Room, two additional outdoor showers. The backyard has a gas grilled seating for outdoor dining' as well. Washer and dryer are available. 4 houses from the beach, walking distance to shopping dining ,theater and amusement park. it's being completely renovated.
Guest access
You may use the backyard for grilling and eating and use side courtyard for relaxing and sunning yourselves. Thats where the two outside showers are located for rinsing off after the beach.
Other things to note
The owners do not allow guests book the property if they are under the age of 25 .

Free parking is available on the street.

2 outdoor showers available to rinse off after the beach.

Please remember to bring your bed linens, towels, beach towels and chairs.

Beach badges may be borrowed during your visit with a $50 deposit cash per badge. This will be promptly returned to you, when the badges are physically returned to us.
