Marchez vers tout! Marchez jusqu'à Fantasy Island, la plage et la baie. Ceci est une maison entièrement rénovée avec des planchers de bois franc partout et bien plus encore. Récemment meublé et décoré. (3) Les chambres ont des lits Queen Size, la (4ème) chambre a des lits superposés avec matelas pleine grandeur et lits jumeaux. La cuisine comprend des appareils en acier inoxydable et est entièrement équipée avec vaisselle, grille-pain, mixeur, micro-ondes et bien plus encore. Il y a (2) salons séparés. Nouvelle douche extérieure installée au printemps 2018. Immense arrière-cour avec barbecue à gaz et ensemble de patio. Aussi un foyer! Climatisation centrale. Douche extérieure installée au printemps 2018. L'allée convient à plus de 3 voitures - 6 BADGES DE PLAGE INCLUS !!! - Chaises de plage / parapluie / poussette de plage Tommy Bahama tous gardés dans un hangar pour être utilisés pendant votre séjour. Les draps peuvent être inclus moyennant des frais supplémentaires. Exceeded expectations

The property was perfect for our beach getaway. We loved the area, and the proximity to all of the greeat dining options was definitely an added plus. The house was very clean and we felt right at home upon walking in. Would definitely recommend to any group of friends and/or family looking for an enjoyable, relaxing getaway. Thank you Shawn for hosting us and we had an amazing stay ❤️

The Perfect House & Location

We just completed our second summer visit to this updated, precious property. Location is the best and outdoor area and front porch are perfect hang outs in between beach days and Beach Haven dining! We love the layout of the house and the hosts provide everything we need for memory making. We love LBI and this property! Can't wait to return.

Perfect Getaway

Another great stay!

This is our second stay on this property and we can't say enough great things! The layout works great and there is no better location! We enjoyed mornings on the porch, dining at our neighboring dock and claw, playing catch in the backyard, watching the Olympic opening ceremonies all snuggled up together in the family room and having a blast on the beach! Can't wait for next year! :)

Great stay over new years

Rented the place over 3 days for new years. Really nice location 2 blocks away from the heart of Beach Haven, convenient to the local grocery store. As a group of young families with little kids we loved how there were two separate living spaces so adults and kids could have their own spaces.

Good location! Close to the beach and restaurants.

The space is great with a decent backyard. The place was a budget flip… the bathrooms are fine, kitchen ok, but man, are the beds completely uncomfortable. I wouldn’t say it is stocked with amenities, kitchen-wise, but they did provide beach chairs and you can move the singular umbrella to the lounge chairs if no one is at the outside table- granted the umbrella stand is a cinder block. Overall, the place is “fine”.

Can use some TLC.

Great location but obvious it is a very well used rental property. Walls are banged up and the couches are "not good". We had to place sheets over them to feel comfortable sitting down. Really dirty! Curtain rods are rusted out and shower curtain was full of mold. Overall good property with a great location...just needs a little attention.

Great bayside home!

This house was the perfect vacation spot. 4 bedrooms, 2 living spaces, and 2 bathrooms all in a perfect location with a great backyard. They also have plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella, and games for you to use during your stay. Will definitely be back!

Perfect Set Up and Location!

My sister and I enjoyed a fantastic week in this updated home in the best part of Beach Haven. The layout was ideal for our kids and was modern and spacious. Much time was spent playing corn hole in the back yard with family or having coffee on the deck! We will be back next summer.

This Place Is Awesome! WOW

We couldn't be happier. This place is brand new inside. It seemed like we were the first people to ever use the furniture / couches or kitchen. Everything was perfect. Beautifully decorated and high end furnishings. Plenty of room in backyard for our kids to play. Loved being able to walk everywhere.

Mostly good things but a few things were off

Great location and setup of house, walls could use fresh coat of paint , cleaning company didn’t do a great job of cleaning after prior renting leaving, a closet door was not on the track and couldn’t be put back, a screen was off one of the back windows, door to yard is hard to lock or open and there are ants in the home

Good house but minor issues.

The house was wonderfully located close to the attractions but next door to a loud restaurant which kept the children up at night. There were no closets to hang our clothing in some bedrooms and the cleanliness could be improved. The doors going outside to the back yard was broken as was the doors to the washer and dryer, not on track, kept opening up. The coffee maker had old dried up coffee grinds and we decided not to use it. The worse part was sleeping at night, all the mattresses need to be replaced, uncomfortable and very squeaky noises when we all tried to get comfortable. Other smaller issues which we could live with. If this house had better maintenance would be a great house. My daughter had to cut her trip short as the kids could not sleep because of the noise and her neck pain from the mattress. Shawn did reply to my messages and the cleaning fee was refunded, but don’t think enough to cover the issues with this house.

Needs work

This was obviously a flip - cutting corners for quick money. There were rusty nails sticking out of deck, none of the blinds fit the windows, not a well stocked kitchen, and obvious poor craftsmanship. The listing did not mention being right next to a restaurant which was a lot of noise and a privacy issue. The worst was that each bed was so loud you couldn’t rollover without waking yourself and you rolled a lot trying to get comfortable in the most uncomfortable beds. There was even a condescending note in the stay booklet about not to expect the comfort of your own bed - odd very odd. If only the owners would invest in the property and the guests comfort - then they would make the money they obviously want. But without investment I don’t recommend. First poor review I have ever written in over 10yrs of consistent vrbo stays…

Great house for a girls weekend

This is my second time renting this home. The location is perfect and within walking distance to a ton of restaurants, shops, and in season attractions. The set up of the house is perfect because you never feel like you’re right in top of one another. Great place!

Family get away for a wedding.

We had no issues renting this wonderful property. There was plenty of soace for 7 adults who were in town for a wedding. The house was located close to the wedding venue. We had no problems with traffic and we had beautiful weather ! The hosts were quick to reply with any questions and super easy to work with. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a relaxing stay with plenty of room.
