Terrific!

Communication with host was stellar. Check in was easy, check out a breeze. Hosts allowed us to bring our dog, and with a fenced in yard, this was AMAZING. Plenty of space! Note: there are 2 upstairs bedrooms and they are divided by a door which closes, making them 2 true rooms. However, there isn’t a hallway between them, so folks from one bedroom have to walk through the second bedroom to get to the other parts of the house, including the bathroom. Bathroom is downstairs on the main level.Clean, beautiful space, A/C, incredible location, amazing hosts. Thank you!!

Great Getaway Location

This property was perfect for our girls holiday. Spent 3 nights here with my adult daughters and had plenty of room. We were able to enjoy breakfast on the deck, walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Owners were available and accommodating. Unit was clean and kitchen was equipped with all we needed. We will be back!

Wonderfully clean accommodations in a convenient location.

We had a lovely, mid-week September stay in this cozy, well-located property. SO CLEAN!! Quiet neighborhood with ample parking during our stay. 1 block from public beach access, 2 blocks from stores and restaurants. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great Vacation House

We loved staying at this clean Victorian house. The location is perfect and within walking distance from local restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay there again. The only suggestion I have is to provide shower caddies for tenets to make using the outside shower easier.

The apartment was neat and clean and very cosy! Steps away from the beach and restaurants and shopping center is within walking distance!! Maria is a great host and we'd love to visit in the future.

Great stay

Stayed for the weekend with my family(myself, my wife, and two kids a toddler and new born). We had a great time! Walking distance to everywhere you want to be with your family (CHEGG, fantasy island, the beach, etc...) will be staying again and highly recommend!

Fabulous Little House

My family has been coming to LBI for years and wanted a little more space than the hotels we are used. The house was perfect for our family of 4 and the back deck was the perfect morning coffee spot. Can’t beat the location as we can walk to everything.

Three houses from the beach in a beautiful old Victorian. It worked out perfectly and Maria was wonderful to work with. Definitely a return visit will be in the future.

Long weekend off season

The property looks as listed, great location, close to beautiful beach and walkable to market, restaurants, etc. apartment is a bit small for more than 2 people, we had two young grandchildren with us for part of the time, not great for young children as sleeping area had open staircase. Great for two people! Very comfortable, nice for dogs with park right across street. Enjoyed out stay!

Beach bliss!

Our family loves staying at this apartment!!! Location is so nice- close to the beach, the park, many of our favorite shops nearby, and the market in case we need to pick anything up. We love the outdoor space, gardens, and all of the beautiful beach decor inside. This is our second time staying here and we hope to keep returning! Beach bliss! :)

Graduation get-a-way

Pre-season beach trip, no rain but windy. We enjoyed the area and did some hiking on beach and in the neighborhood. Not many businesses open just yet but did notice that people were making preparations for the upcoming season. Home is in nice location and in walking distance from the main town and businesses.
