Get ready to relax in this charming 2-bedroom condo in Gilford! This inviting property features 1 queen bed and 2 twin bunk beds (4 twin beds total), making it perfect for a small group or family looking to enjoy quality time together. With amenities such as air conditioning, a washing machine, and WiFi, your stay will be nothing short of fantastic. During the summer, take advantage of the pool, tennis courts, basketball court, private beach, and lake—perfect for swimming or simply relaxing on the patio while enjoying the views. In the winter, enjoy skiing and other winter sports at Gunstock Mountain, located just 7 minutes away. Experience all that the Lakes Region has to offer while staying in this well-stocked and comfortable condo.

The condo association is situated directly on Lake Winnipesaukee and features a private beach, pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court, and a fire pit. While the condo is only a short walk to the waterfront, it does not have a direct lake view.

Please Note:
- No parties or events are allowed.
- No RVs or Trailers can be parked on property.
- No pets are allowed by renters.
- ABSOLUTELY NO MOTORCYCLES ARE ALLOWED. If renting for Laconia Motorcycle Week, do not attempt to drive or store a motorcycle within the complex. Violations will result in removal from the property and a $50 per day, per bike fee if a motorcycle is brought into the complex.

- Conveniently located, the condo is just a 5-8 minute drive from two grocery stores, Walmart, PetSmart, and other local shops. A variety of restaurants are also nearby.

Although there is no boat launch within the complex, there are local options for launching, renting, or storing boats. Fay's Boatyard (7 minutes away) offers boat launches and slip rentals. Winnisquam Marina and Meredith Marina are also excellent options for boat rentals. The complex does have a day dock available for drop-offs and pick-ups. Feel free to reach out for local recommendations!

For families with young children, we’ve included thoughtful touches such as kids’ plates and utensils, a pack ‘n play with sheets, a sound machine, sippy cups, a nugget couch, and a few toys and games.

Additional Information:
- Parking: Two unassigned parking spaces are available.
- Accessibility: The unit is not handicap accessible. Stairs lead to both the front door and the bedrooms/full bathroom.
- Fireplace: Decorative only (not functional).
- Heating and Cooling: Electric baseboard heating and two mini-splits for air conditioning.
- Laundry: Washer and dryer available—just bring your own supplies.
- Sleep Comfort: All mattresses are less than 2 years old for a great night's sleep.
- Kitchen: Fully stocked with matching, new supplies.
- Ski Storage: A locking ski locker is available for storing your skis.
