Hang out on the beach then walk to NH Bank Pavilion

Gloria's place was great for me and my wife. Hung out on the private beach and then went to a show at NH Bank Pavilion. Gloria was super easy to work with. Would stay here again.

Gloria is a wonderful host and extremely helpful. She provided lots of information about the property and quickly responded to any messages. The unit was very clean and fully stocked with amenities. The location is excellent too, a short drive to the Weirs Beach area and the Bank of NH Pavilion can be accessed through a private path on the property. Definitely will stay again!

Last minute trip

This was a great place! The host Gloria was extremely kind and efficient. Thank you so much! Our family had an amazing time! The ease of checking in and out were great.We had a pretty view of lake and mountains and a private beach right across the street. Booked last minute for a concert at the Bank of Pavillion and was a 5 min walk to the venue! Wish we had booked for longer! We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was comfortable, clean, had everything you needed and was in a great location. We enjoyed walking across the street to the lake and up the hill to go the concert next door. We were also a short drive from Weirs Beach. We had great communication and hope to stay there again.

Uncomfortable

The bed is a Murphy bed and does not have great support and the couch is very uncomfortable and grungy. I literally stayed only one night if the three I paid for. The bathroom was not nice either and when shower it did not drain well so you end up standing in your own filth. I had high hopes and they were diminished pretty quickly. I probably would not have stayed even one night but after driving 4 hours I needed to try and get some rest. I move to hotel for the second two nights.

Great stay in Gilford for concert / Just book it!

Stayed in Gilford to see the Tedeschi Trucks Band at Meadowbrook. The place was perfect right across the street from the lake with a nice beach. Nice view and atmosphere from the deck. Place was well appointed with everything we needed. Gloria, was the ideal host. She went above and beyond for us, and we will always remember her kindness.

Clean accommodations in a good location

Convenient location, near lots of activities. The condo is not as well-maintained as it could be, but was clean and functional. Easy walk to the beach and pool. Light blocking curtains and a more comfy bed would be a big improvement.

Beautifully decorated condo with seaside cottage feel. So conveniently located. We walked to the BoNH pavilion. Very clean. We had such a wonderful time. Gloria is awesome to deal with. Would love to book this unit again!

If you are seeing a concert at Bank of NH pavilion, look no further. Venue is a quick walk (no more then 10 minutes) on a tiny, lit path behind the motel. Steps away from a gorgeous beach with chairs provided. We were so happy we came a day early to enjoy it. Lake view from the balcony. Place was not fancy by any means but very clean and had everything you may need. We will be back!

Clean, convenient, beach, pool - Nice!

Clean, functional, well-stocked place to stay in a great location. The beach is great: lounge chairs, charcoal grills for use. Weather was not great, so it was a disappointment that the indoor pool was not available - roof issue. This was outside the owner's control, however, so everything else worked out great. Even though the building is a bit dated, we were pleased to have a bag of coffee, lots of clean towels, easy access, and a location central to many activities: Weir's Beach, Tanger Outlets, several fun restaurants/pubs, hiking trails. The beach is right across the street; it appears the properties are owned by the same company. Would stay again.

The unit appeared to be really old and run down. The microwave did not work so some of the food we brought could not be heated up. Besides that we had a nice quiet stay.

Disappointed

Gloria was very nice and accommodating. However, the place was not as the pictures showed. The pictures must have been from when things were new. Couch has stains from people sitting on it. Carpets are stained. The bed coverlet was so stained and disgusting that we took it off the bed and put it underneath. The only thing that kept us there was that we arrived late from traveling and the sheets seemed clean, and this is a one-horse town in the fall. There was nothing open at that time. Don't believe the reviews about the cleanliness and save your money!!!

Clean, adorable and what a view! The owner has made the most of a small space!

I spent one week in this condo in February, as I continued my quest to learn how to ski at Gunstock Mountain. It is a great space and the owner is attentive and responsive. It is perfect for a single, couple, or close friend. The location is perfect, since it is near the lake (waterview), and the mountain. I also went north one day to shop at the outlets in Conway and take a spin down the Kang. Highway! Be aware that this is a second floor space, with another condo directly above it. I did go up and ask that owner to please have her children stop running and jumping, and although initially she seemed defensive, the noise did stop. If not for that, this condo would have been rated 5 stars.

Emplacement super!Beau lac l’autre cĂŽtĂ© de la rue. Tout ce que nous avions besoin etaient inclus Ă  l’intĂ©rieur! Super!Par contre La picine et le spa n’était pas en marchent.Le drain du bain Ă©tait bloquĂ© donc l’eau remontait Ă  chaque douche
La salle de bain aurait besoin de rĂ©novation. Mais je retournerais quand mĂȘme pour l’emplacement.
