Awesome Spring Break get away

The layout of the home is ideal for large groups which accommodated my family during our spring break. It is centrally located which was terrific for our day trips, had an awesome time!

Beautiful home!

Property owner was very responsive. House was clean with plenty of amenities and lots of room for privacy. Great location and great resort pools and amenities.

Bucket List Trip

This was a wonderful property for our family and a once in a lifetime trip with all 18 of us! The beds were great, the kitchen and dining set up worked perfectly for us, we did find a couple of chairs with questionable legs

Really Enjoyed our Stay

I have been bragging about our stay since and we are planning a revisit for the Holidays. If I could recommend one thing I would say, spend the money to raise the temperature in the jacuzzi...it is soooooooo worth it. See you in December Windsor.

Golf Trip

The house was as advertised and perfect for 9 on a golf trip. We had one issue which was by addressed Ricky in a very timely manner. Ricky was professional, courteous and efficient. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great home in a good resort

Nice home on nice resort. The resort people are rude though. Location is good too, Walmart and Publix near. The home must have a smart system for thermostat because it was warm at night. The icemakers never made ice but we just bought ice daily, not a big issue. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our time there and would return.

Orlando stay

Very nice size house and well taken care of. The toiletries that were there were useful initially. The only upsetting issue that we had was ants in upstairs bedroom and a few bugs in kitchen

Thanks for your feedback -- we are working with resort HOA to improve pest control on lawn and common areas. Bugs are part of nature here in FL and lawn need to be treated routinely to prevent them from entering the house.

GREAT HOUSE FOR LARGE FAMILY.

THE HOUSE WAS GREAT. VERY LARGER FOR 12 PEOPLE. THE PARKING WAS THE PROBLEM. DRIVEWAY WAS SMALL, TWO CARS VERY TIGHT. HAD TO PARK ON THE STREET. THE POOL AREA VERY NICE. CLOSE TO EVERYTHING.

Chilly Orlando Christmas

The house location and size was perfect for our family of 17 Christmas gathering in Orlando regardless of the frigid temps. The house was clean and the 2 refrigerators and 2nd dining table was a real plus. The floor plan and various amenities encouraged a lot of cherished family memories. A few updates on kitchen supplies and minor repairs was provided to the owner. The use of community clubhouse is also a nice feature for guests. Overall the house is in a great location and amenities are plentiful for a perfect family vacation.

Great Home, Great Location

Recently completed a short stay with a group of fraternity brothers from the early 1970s. Shawn's home gave us a great base from which to operate. Two of the guys are great cooks, and the well-appointed kitchen was perfect for preparing our own meals (the only thing we couldn't find was a corkscrew!). Having our own pool and hot tub allowed us to hang out at "home", but we also walked over to the community pool and clubhouse complex. Having a couple of bedrooms on the first floor is a big plus, as one member of our party was using a walker. And with 9 bedrooms, each guy could have his own.........unlike the old days in the frat house. Thanks, Shawn, for a great place to get together and reminisce for a few days!

Beautiful ten bedroom ten bathroom home

Property was in a good and quiet neighborhood. The house was excellent and as advertised with some minor concerns. Dinning room chairs with loose legs which we took care of, loose door knob that maintenance took care of. Pool not turned on ahead of time as promised. Did not get turned on until the 2nd call to maintenance on the 2nd day, so was not warm until the 3rd day. Pool refund requested for 2 days.

Nothing's perfect, but this property is close

Very nice property, bonus points for not being plastered in Disney themes. Be wary of your guest limitations as only two rooms are in the first floor, so a few of my older family members struggled with the stairs. The home itself is very comfortable with adequate seating for large parties. Having two refrigerators was life saving. Kitchen filled with much of the amenities required to perform your own cooking without struggle. The room setups where perfect for my group of guest which only included one child, so while there is a bunk bed room, the fact that a majority of the rooms are normal beds made room assignments easy. I did not use the property water park or playground, but the one child has a fun time at the playground, and the water park looked like great fun (I think my son (20) made use of it with no complaints). The community location seemed better than most surrounding it, with easy access into the neighborhood (I witness long lines of cars trying to enter other communities, never a problem for us). Overall a great property, and great property owners and management who communicate quickly and clearly. I would book again without hesitation.

Family trip

Beautiful property. Hot! Hot! Hot! Called maintenance about it and they changed the filters but I still spent over $100.00 on fans to put in the rooms to cool down the place so we could breathe. Informed Shawn and Ricky about this and about the steps being loose. Ricky came back and overrode the ac to cool off the place and did nothing about the steps. I did inform them both of the hazard of the steps. We unfortunately have injuries to prove it! Hopefully they will fix this issue before they put someone else in danger. They'll tell you there's a noise ordinance, but I don't think that the neighbors knew that. Loud music 24 hours a day even after we asked them to please cut it down after 10pm so the kids could sleep. We could not hear the TV in the living room for the music. Then the neighbors on the other side came and it was a competition on who could be the loudest. So the relaxing by the pool option was out. Getting a code for the gate is a must! Make sure you get this. After 24 hours of having the wrong codes given to you, the guards will lock you out of the neighborhood! House is beautiful, lots to cook with, two refrigerators, which is wonderful, gas grill, great laundry room and mud room area. More rooms than you could imagine! Thanks for letting us stay! I know you can't fix the problems of who the neighbors lease to, however fixing the steps is a necessity!

Thanks for the feedback - stairs rail issue has been taken care of after you raised the issue. Regarding loud music from neighbors, there is quiet time rule for the resort and security does enforce the rule, but the issue need to be reported. I am sorry you had to deal with the issue.

Family Thanksgiving

The house and community was perfect for our family gathering. We had 7 grandchildren ages 4 to 9 and their parents for the holiday. The heated pool was great (and really warm. The house was close enough to the community center to walk—and all loved the lazy river. I’ll hope this house is available for our next family gathering!

The property owner deserves praise. He was friendly and responded to all of our needs promptly.

Dealing with Shawn was a pleasure. Thank you. The house is large and certainly accommodating. The refrigerator had no icd maker and froze eggs 🤭. While surface clean, it would be great if baseboards, corners, hichair, and floors were cleaner. A few cleaning products would be great since we were there for 11 days and needed to keep up daily cleaning. Thank you for the experience.

Great place to stay.

Location was great. House was great. A few minor things but didn’t detract from the stay. The most wonderful thing for me was the kettle! As a Tea-aholic it was lovely not having to make tea through a percolator. The pool was refreshing, air conditioner was a much needed relief. Beds were comfortable and beautifully presented. Thank you for a wonderful stay

The Ohio State University Friend's Reunion

Everything was great with the property as far as size and ameneties. However, the furniture (sofas) and Pool table were somewhat worn and could have been in better shape. One of the eyes on the stove was uncontrolable. It keep going to high then to low then to high then to....... The house overall had some clips on walls and the flooring on the stairs was loose. The screened in Pool area absolutely needs more lighting. It is actually really hard to see out there in the evening with the present lighting out there. The house just needs a little TLC in some areas to make it more appealing. I would still rent it again. Overall a 4 out of 5.

Wedding vacation

Blended the family vacation with our wedding. Great relaxing time in the pool and hot tub and close to theme parks. Couple of small issues but good week nonetheless.

Wonderful

The home was beautiful and spacious. Master suite on first floor was amazing. Children loved the pool and did not want the adults to share in the fun. There were a few issues but they were address immediately . All in all we were very satisfied and would book again
