Loved it!

The property was beautiful and was better in person than the pictures! The kids loved the pool and the movie theatre. In fact, we did 4 days at Disney and the kids kept asking to go back to the house and swim! We had a little trouble with the spa heat..it worked one day then wouldn't the next. We contacted property manager twice and were told it was working even though we had it on for several hours the night before and it wouldn't get hot .....despite this, I would still give our stay 5 stars and would stay here again. Kids were sad to go home. Overall, loved it!

Looks like the photos, but the experience was a letdown.

The home looks like the pictures, but the experience was a letdown.The theater room and gaming area were cool, and the beds were comfortable. But that’s where the positives stop.We arrived to nail clippings and a booger on the master nightstand — not exactly the welcome you want after a long travel day. We prepaid for hot tub heat, and it didn’t work. The host blamed us and promised someone would come Day 2 — no one did. On Day 3, someone showed up unannounced while my wife and kids were swimming and told them to get out for cleaning. No warning, no courtesy.The host? Rude and confrontational. Any issue was somehow our fault. When we mentioned the lack of cleanliness, she said we should leave — not exactly helpful mid-spring break with a van full of kids.Also worth knowing:•The house is crammed in a grid of near-identical homes — zero privacy.•The area feels rough, not “resort” at all.•Neighbors smoked weed and blasted 90’s rap all day — not ideal with kids.•Keurig didn’t work.•Traffic was constant, both sides of the street packed with cars.I travel often and have no issue paying for quality — this wasn’t it. The owner needs new management and a serious reset on what this place is. Expect the host to reply with excuses or blame. That’s part of the experience too. Spend your 5K elsewhere.

Amazing stay for family and friends

The house was terrific, fully decorated with your favorite movie characters, lots of games, including a PS5, Xbox and even VR headsets. The movie theater was incredible and there was even a projector at the pool area that made the nights super fun. Anyway, if you're in a big party this house has everything you can imagine so you can have a great time.

Attention to Details

The property was great. (The only thing i had a problem with is all the spider webs that was in the porch/pool area) you have to make sure the cleaners wipe down good out there. The attention to detail was so on point. The pictures on the website shows a nice placebut, when you get there and see it woo you don't want to leave. We definitely will tell our family's and friends to rent this place. This place is on my #1 list.

Amazing Vacation Home

This house is amazing! The house was spotless when we arrived. The beds were comfy, the air conditioning was cold and the pool was shaded some in the afternoon. Everyone loved the movie room and the game room. Our kids loved the Moana room. The staff is amazing and very fast if you need anything at all! The resort pool area was great and they even offered cabanas for rent. We can not wait to plan another trip!

Amazing home

We really enjoyed staying in this house. There were so many options for the kids and they really enjoyed the themed rooms, movie room, game room and pool. The house was very clean and was well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies. The property manager was also helpful if we had any questions. This is a great house to stay in if you are in the Orlando area.

Family Disney Trip

We had an amazing time at this house! There is something for everyone of every age here. The kids really loved the VR room and the Home Theatre room as well as the Pool area. We made an entire Thanksgiving meal in the kitchen and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and was a short drive to all the Disney Parks, restaurants, and grocery stores. Would definitely recommend for families!

This house is amazing!!!!

We were so impressed with this house! As we walked in the first night everyone was oohing and awwwing at all the details. Our family had so much fun enjoying the game room! The game table was so much fun! Everyone would gather round playing all the different games. We loved the pool & hottub. This house is so awesome!

This house was perfect.We loved the game room and how it was themed throughout the house. The movie room was a big hit also. The next vacation we go on i will stay at the same place for sure. Great Home Property Manager just lacks communication skills

Great Home only notice small issues … But most importantly the kids enjoyed themselves Although they charge for propane grill and heated pool /spa which only was able to be utilized one day of 3 and that was extra fees … After emailing and calling property manager Daisy called and over and under talked me for almost 10 minutes after I explained that it was not working she felt it was .. That we just needed to turn the knob several times as we did the night prior and would still be if we listened to her then she stated the weather plays a part in how hot it will get but in this case how cold the spa /jacuzzi was … So ultimately we paid for a service that was not able to be utilized as well as check the propane tank as ours only lasted enough for one day ….

This house is top notch!! The details throughout the house are amazing. I was struck by the artwork, those are not decals of Hagrid and Harry Potter, they are painted!!! Tech was easy to use and wifi worked perfectly.

Magical retreat

Wow! The pictures don’t do this amazing home justice. There was everything we needed to have a magical experience. So many oohs and aahs as we explored. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, multiple gaming stations, private theater, pool table and digital board games. So much room to spread out. The themed areas were incredibly fun and well done.

Four Corner get away

The home was well appointed. Kitchen was well supplied with every household item one would need. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub . The one item that needs to be enhanced is the cleaning. The lights over the island and table were quiet dusty. I cleaned the ones over the but could not reach the ones over the table. The area rug at the coffee table was quite soiled. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Christmas family reunion

We annually try to get together for a family reunion and to celebrate the birthday of some of the members. It was beautiful and the photos do not make justice to the space and the wonderful amenities. Wouldn't hesitate in a second to return. Keith was always diligent and attentive to our questions and requests. Overall more than excellent!!

Much needed time off

The property was spotless when we checked in. Very impressed. Lots of information provided beforehand about the property and the check-in process. We enjoyed movie nights in the theater room but would have liked a BluRay player instead of streaming since our sons brought movies to watch. Easy drive to WDW but now that we've back home, I won't miss the traffic! Overall, a great vacation.

Amazing experience!

The house was not only beautiful but it was extremely clean! From the minute I reserved the professionalism was outstanding. The entire stay was very well put together to give guests the best experience ever. We had absolutely no complaints and will definitely stay again. I also want to add the the honesty they had with contacting me that one of my kids left his air pods and will be mailed to me; their honesty and credibility alone deserves five stars. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!!

This home is BEAUTIFUL! It looks EXACTLY as pictured. Everything was neat, clean, and in pristine condition. The pool and sauna were immaculate, heated, and ready to go. There were even covers to keep them from losing heat over the stay. There was plenty of space for everyone. There were no issues whatsoever! Trash was picked up daily as stated. We rented the home for out-of-town family during our anniversary celebration and everyone LOVED it! There were plenty of towels and starter items. Surrounding guests adhered to quiet hours. We didn't use the community amenities but did go up to check them out. The pool, gift shop and restaurant seemed great! The location of the home is perfect. There is a Publix within 3 miles and enough dishes to cook a large family meal. I cannot say enough about this home! Beds were comfortable. No maintenance issues. The decor was beautiful with quality furniture like one would purchase for their own private home. The outside bar and projector were a hit for the adults. We used the projector to follow along with online line-dancing videos while sipping margaritas. Meanwhile, the kiddos enjoyed the indoor movie theater. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Disney ‘23!

The home is beautiful - attention to detail? Impeccable. We were blown away upon first entering and the home was very neat, tidy and smelled so clean (imagine that new house smell). We were provided with “starters” for all the essentials (trash bag, dish soap, dishwasher packs), and had plenty of towels in various closets. The beds were *AMAZING* if that matters to you like it did to us. Additionally, the theater room was awesome and we loved being able to control the temp there, along with the surround sound and fully reclining chairs (so comfy!). There is no shortage of things to do in this house and with traffic (March Madness), we ended up mostly staying at the house but still had a blast with the pool table, VR room and gaming systems. However, we did have some cons: 1: Oculus wasn’t charged and there was no charger for it - luckily we had a personal charger that fit. Also, no games installed. You may need your own account? 2: We had constant issues with the pool and spa temp. Pool was just warm enough to stand & spa temp never stayed consistent. The water in both needed a good cleaning and you could see a film layer on the pool when in the spa - there was also no pool skimmer, so lots of floating bugs. We called management several times and they sent several people to no avail. Last guy put hose in pool and left, we returned to an almost flooded pool. Overall, beautiful home! Close to all attractions, airport, and LOTS of food options.
