Great location!
Great location, even with the train close by. The master bed was very comfortable. New pillows were requested and promptly replaced. Deck furniture was very old and not usable. Deck chairs were promptly replaced with very comfortable chairs and a table cloth was provided to cover peeling paint. The hot tub area was very dirty but the water was clean. The garbage area had one small can that we filled daily. Garbage only came twice a week and we stayed for 8 days. We found a baby gate for the stairs located in the master bedroom closet, which came in handy for the days our Granddaughter stayed. We enjoyed our stay after the little things were taken care of in the first couple days.
This house would be a great place to stay if it was updated and clean. The furniture is very old. The couch is falling apart to the point that it had sharp staples sticking out the back. The kitchen chairs are rickety. There are a zillion dvd's to watch but the tv is so tiny that if there is writing on the screen it's cut off. There were webs all over like it hadn't been dusted in months. The toilet bowl was gross and the tub drain was clogged. The rental people did have a maintenance man come clean it out but when he left, what he found in the drain was all over the front of the tub. He left it filthy and we had to clean up after him. The beds were made with sheets and a light blanket. It got down in the 40`s. When I looked in the master closet for a blanket it had a dog kennel, dog steps and a bunch of old smelly blankets and sleeping bags on top of that. It would have been nice to have blankets that fit the bed clean and available to use. Downstairs bed was not even made. We had to make one of the beds. The hot tub is outside one of the downstairs bedrooms so to use it you have to go through someones room or walk around the front of the house. Very inconvienent. This stay was not as i hoped. And we ended up leaving early because of the fires and smoke anyway.
Stacy,
We did not stay at your property, as we had COVID concerns, was not aware that the house did not include Shark passes (which had been closed do to COVID anyway) and that we could only swim in Bend, not at any of the other pools.
Very expensive compared to other properties with minimal amenities. No AC is main issue during the middle of August. We did not realize that so read the fine print. One of the beds had 4 pillows but only one pillow case. Refrigerator had to work on overload and didnât get very cold because the house was so hot.
Nice balcony and great room. Has 6 bikes in good condition.
More of a place for the winter.
Will not stay here again.
Nice place and enjoyed the stay. The only issue is the garbage was not picked up so not much room for our garbage. Overall, the place was very clean, and well supplied.
The house was really nice and the beds were comfortable. There were only the three of us, so we didn't use the downstairs really. But the house was really nice and I would stay there again.
We got lucky with a relatively last minute booking for just me, my wife and 9 year old son (and two dogs). This place was perfect for us. Close to the Sunriver Village (2 minute drive). This was great because we get lazy on vacation and would rather order food to go and pick it up, then eat it at the house as if we did make it. Hot Tub, used it and it was fine and it snowed while we were there so that was classic. Wood burning fireplace with extra wood in the garage, used it every night thank you. Although there was cable TV and netflix, we decided to watch DVD's from a huge collection at the house. Wifi was flawless. We didn't experience anything missing that we needed from the kitchen, bathroom, or laundry. Perhaps the sofa and dining room chairs and getting a little old (as mentioned by other reviewers) but we didn't mind at all! This is a perfectly good rental property, great price, great location and we would rent Coyote 7 again in a second (in fact we tried to extend our stay, but sadly it was already rented).
While you have to realize this is not the Taj Mahal, it IS better than just OK. Very good location and roomy enough not to feel cramped. Everything, from the beds to the kitchen were clean and functioning. Had three minor issues (TV needed new batteries in the remote, microwave wasnât working and water temp was tepid. Put in a call and everything was fixed inside an hour (water heater was on vacation mode). Would stay here again!
The house and location were great. The hot tub didnât heat up past 100 degrees though (I set it to 104) so we didnât get to enjoy any time in it which was disappointing. Check in time is a range between 4-6pm which is really frustrating when youâre trying to time your arrival and have a car full of kids, coolers of food, and dogs.
Two story and comfy family space with great extras like bikes, hot tub, sharC passes and an incredible video library made this house terrific. Train is very close but adds to the excitement.
Love it. House was clean. We had an issue with the coffee maker and they sent someone right away. Very close to village. It was nice to walk there. House is spacious and well equipped.
Overall we would stay at this house again.
This home has not been updated in a while and while it was a great stay there were a couple things which should be worked on. The hot tub made a LOT of noise, even when not engaging the jets. And the front porch seemed like it had some support issues and paint is peeling from the deck above.
I will say I loved cooking on the grill and enjoying this great house.
The only surprise was the train that is in the back yard. It was not a big deal, but surprised us our first night.
In general this is a really nice house and everyone staying here had a nice time. Great location and just generally very nice. We really enjoyed our stay here.
Had a great time staying here. Property Managers were cool, got us a replacement propane tank when ours died right before dinner. All the bikes worked well and having the free SHARC passes was great for the kids.
