Cozy Quiet Studio in 17th

Cozy apartment was perfect for our Paris vacation. Clean and comfortable with a nice kitchen. Great neighborhood restaurants near Argentine and Ternes metro station.

Wonderful Location

The apartment is in a very nice location. Restaurants, small supermarkets, and pharmacies are within a 1- 5 minute walk. The apartment was clean and had plenty of dishes and cups in the cabinets. The owner even provided a list of restaurant and shops to visit while we stayed. She provided instructions on how to use the washer/dryer unit and had an extra set of keys on the table for us. If we every visit Paris again, we will definitely would stay here again.

Perfect stay! Karin is an excellent host. Gorgeous studio exactly as represented in pictures. Incredibly clean and well organized. Loved the big windows, a/c, very quiet, safe building, great location. Easy metro access. Thank you for a wonderful stay!! Highly recommend.

Paris Trip

I asked the host several questions including health accommodations before my trip to help with my planning, and was told twice to look for other places if preferred. And that my questions made the host nervous. The double keys when opening the front door was tricky. The host was accommodating of my request to adjust the dates of my stay due to an entry error which the Vrbo app was unable to adjust easily.

Absolutely Wonderful

Could not have asked for more. Water pressure /temperature in shower was fantastic, air conditioning worked great, bed was very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. Location was lovely, we felt very safe. It was a quick and easy walk to Arc de Triomphe and eat to get G7/uber or short walk to metro. We went to Gusto Italia restaurant nearby 3 times for dinner as they made delicious cheeseless vegetable pizza for us (we are vegan). Small grocery right next door was very convenient. We will absolutely stay here again if /when we return to Paris.

My wife and I stayed for 10 days in this studio. Everything was exactly as Karin had explained in her introduction. Very clean ,comfortable and quiet in a good location in proximity of all places of attraction and surrounded by restaurants and boutiques . Karin was very friendly, respectable and pleasant with excellent English knowledge. She had prepared everything for comfort of the tenant in her studio. Even pncil and sharpeners as well as converter for American electric appliances. This was the best vacation we had in paris and not staying at a hotel. We certainly will chose it over a hotel again. The room is sunny with unobstructed view and total privacy

Great space and location!

We had a few snafus but none were the fault of the owner. 1. Check-in instructions did not come through VRBO but when we reached the apartment owner quickly answered the phone and walked us through the process. 2. We woke up one morning to no water. Apparently another unit in the building had a leak in the middle of the night and they had to shut off the water to a handful of units - unfortunately we were one of them. The owner did her best to find out what was going on and when we would have the water back. She even showed up and helped get the AC back on. Overall it was a great location, a clean space and a great hub to explore the city.

Great Stay!

It was a charming property and neighborhood. There were cafes, shops, and grocery stores all around as well as short walks to the Metro. Paris sites are amazing! Would recommend.

Perfect location for tourist trip...

My wife and I spent a week at the apartment and it was PERFECT!!! I'm a big cyclist, so to learn that I was staying so close to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs was amazing!!! Walked the streets every day and the location was ideal for everything that we were looking for. We didn't ride the train for the entire week, even though it is very accessible, and walked to all the major tourist attractions and great restaurants. The apartment itself was perfect for what we needed. Cozy and small with great blackout blinds, bathroom and kitchenette made for a nice stay. Had all the amenities listed and more, and Karin was very helpful with information, directions, suggestion and timing. Found the apartment spotless and the AC was ideal for the hot summer weather. I would not only recommend this apartment but will stay there again if I return to France.

Wonderful!

I was so comfortable at this apartment. It was very clean with nice details. Quiet, too, I slept so well every night. The large window offers lots of light and a view of a tree and green area below. There are other buildings in the distance, but it feels very private. I felt safe. The location is super. Thank you Karin!

Fantastic location and apartment. I would not hesitate to stay again!

Close to great restaurants, shops and transit. The host communicated perfectly and it not just spotless, but had staples to start my stay off. A great stay!

The lady that rents this is very helpfell and friendly. I have stayed there many times.

Love it and will rent it every time I return to Paris. Location is great for my uses, Metro is very near by.

Home Away From Home

Three of us (2 adults and 1 child) had a wonderful stay while visiting Paris. Apartment was clean and stocked with everything we needed, beds were very comfortable, location was convenient and quiet, and Karin was extremely easy to work with. After traveling for 2 weeks prior, it was nice to get out of the hotel and just relax in our home away from home. I would happily recommend this property to my friends and family.

Perfect Stay

Karin was terrific about communication before our stay and met us to give us the keys. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing and as shown in the photos. The apartment is very spacious, clean, bright and well-appointed. There is even a washer if needed. The small kitchen has everything you need if you decide to prepare a meal. We enjoyed having the Nespresso style coffee maker. There is a Franprix market next door to the apartment building and a larger Monoprix market around the corner. There are several bakeries to choose from within a couple blocks. So convenient! It was about a 5-minute walk to two Metro stops so getting anywhere in town was a breeze. We will definitely look to stay here again during our next visit.

Idealer Wohnort in Paris

Schönes Appartement. Ideale Lage in Paris. Am besten ist die Aussicht und die gute Luft, wenn man das Fenster öffnet. Sehr ruhig. Das Haus und der Flur vor dem Appartement sind allerdings dringend renovierungsbedürftig.

New decoration in 2021, in white well located, close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Elysees. Convenient stores are all around (food market, grocery stores and pharmacy) and restaurants with typical and also sophisticated French food. Line 1 direct to the Louvre, Marais and Bastille.
All Paris to see staying from a very quiet place with a very parisian view.

You will love to try the best bakery in town not only famous for its baguette and croissant, also the good French food to eat or drink a good French wine . You will try the French art of living. You will get a list of the places I love, to be sure to have a very pleasant stay in my place!
