This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule of 6 pax and 3 vehicles. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesnât exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.
NO PETS ALLOWED
This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guestsâ comfort.
POOL HEATING
There is a $100/day fee for pool heating at this home. The maximum temperature would be around 84 °F. It takes around 24 hours for the pool temperature to reach 80°F during the colder months. During warmer months, ambient temperatures often keep the pool comfortable without additional heating, though it is can still be arranged.
Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.
