Pretty and calm house (250 m²), lined with natural stones. Four bedrooms are distributed on the two floors.The ground floor comprises 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen equipped with: microwave oven, washing machine, oven, counter top and dishwasher, ample dining room with chimney, television, video, and play station. You can enter the terrace directly from the leaving room, which is provided with tables and chairs and with magnificent views of the Sant Salvador sanctuary, the Santuerio Castle and the bordering woods. On the upper floor, from where you have access to an interior staircase, there is a room with en suite bathroom which at the same time has access to a terrace with views of the sea and the mountain. All areas of the house are provided with heating. La Finca Marsella is close (10-15 minutes walking distance) from two of the most beautiful beaches in the south of Mallorca: Cala Sanau y Cala Mitjana with no manmade constructions.
