This beautiful canal front home is located in Rockport’s Iconic neighborhood, Key Allegro. Offering 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the whole family can enjoy true coastal comfort. Outside, you can cook up the catch of the day with an outdoor kitchen and BBQ pit. There is ample seating on the balcony as well as the downstairs patio, including a picnic table, 2 outdoor dining tables, a hammock as well as plenty of padded seating to enjoy the bay views in comfort. Inside you’ll find a perfect mix of modern and rustic décor and furniture, with a spacious open concept design. The kitchen comes fully equipped to make your favorite meals including a microwave, electric stove, dishwasher and kitchen island. The large bay windows let in plenty of natural light and beautiful water views. The dining area has enough seating for 6 with 4 more seats at the kitchen bar. The living area has plenty of room for the whole family and a large smart TV where you can stream all of your favorite entertainment. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, a large closet and beautiful natural lighting. The attached bathroom has a large walk in shower and separate area for extra privacy. The second bedroom also has a king bed as well as storage for all of your vacation treasures. The third bedroom comes with a comfortable queen bed and large bay windows for natural lighting and water views. The last bedroom has 2 twin bunk beds so the kids get a good night’s rest after a fun day at the beach. This home will be the perfect fit for large families that love coastal comfort.
