Step into our tranquil coastal cottage, designed for comfort and relaxation for up to six guests. The space is bright and welcoming, with stunning water views as its centerpiece.

• Cozy living room with a comfortable couch and TV.
• Large window with unobstructed views of the water.

Kitchenette:
• Modern and efficient, featuring a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven and dishwasher.
• Breakfast bar with seating for four.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
• Primary Bedroom: Queen-sized bed with a private en-suite bathroom (shower).
• Guest Bedroom 1: Queen-sized bed.
• Guest Bedroom 2: Queen-sized bed.
• A second full bathroom is shared by the guest bedrooms.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage.

Private Outdoor Space:

• Our community of cottages is located within a private marina, with fencing and landscaping to ensure your privacy.
• Please be mindful that your private patio is adjacent to the common fire pit area.
• The fire pit, grills, kayaks, paddleboards, and bikes are shared amenities. We kindly ask that you respect other guests who may also be enjoying these spaces.
• If you are interested in bringing your own boat, please reach out for details on marina availability and any associated fees.
No Smoking
Please be respectful of furniture and borrowed equipment like bikes, paddles boards and kayaks.
The home is located within an active marina please be respectful of how and where you park and please no parking on the grass.
Do not affix anything to the walls or ceilings like 3M hooks, stickers, etc.
