The cottage has two well-appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Conveniently located on the main floor, the master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed with plush linens. Accessible via a charming spiral staircase, the second bedroom offers a unique and cozy retreat; it features a full-over-queen bunk bed, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to three people. The loft area includes a comfortable queen mattress, offering additional sleeping space perfect for extra guests or children. The property includes a heated gazebo, providing an extra sleeping area. The spacious tiered deck features comfortable seating and a dining area, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals or a cookout on the gas grill, while taking in the stunning sunsets over the lake. The home DOES NOT have a private beach or association beach, but you can walk down to the water's edge via a private access path 200 yards from the house and stroll along the beach for miles in either direction.

Silver Lake is located in Mears, Michigan and offers shorelines along Lake Michigan and Silver Lake. While vacationing here you won't want to miss out on the experiences that the massive Silver Lake Sand Dunes have to offer. Rent a jeep of your own or head over to Mac Wood's Dune Rides for an adventurous ride on the sand dunes. Nearby is the Hart-Montague Bicycle Trail that will take you along 22.5 miles of scenic routes. The quaint little town of Pentwater is located just north of the Silver Lake area. Pentwater is the epitome of small-town charm with its shops, food, and ice cream. Don't forget to grab breakfast at Cherry Point, where they offer homemade donuts and treats daily.
