This cozy 1-bedroom condo is perfect for two! Enjoy a queen bed, a west-facing balcony, high-speed WiFi, 2 Smart TVs, in-unit laundry, and a work desk. Nearby paid parking is available. Relax with all the essentials in a private space designed for comfort.

➤ NO FREE PARKING INCLUDED. Visitor and paid parking at the building are only exclusive to unit owners/residents. However, there is a convenient paid parking option available at the Green P Parking Lot located at 10 Portland St, Toronto, ON M5V 3N6.
➤ The guest will have access to the entire unit. Please, make yourself at home.
➤ *All common area amenities (pool, hot tub, gym) are currently ONLY available to building residents (unit owners).*
➤ Please note that access to the mailbox or mailbox key will not be available for bookings that are shorter than 3 months.

Though the condo itself is quiet, safe, and residential, the nightlife on King West is just a short walk away. Explore lively bars and nightclubs or take a peaceful stroll along the waterfront for a perfect blend of relaxation and excitement.
Walking: Most attractions and restaurants are within a 10–15-minute walk.
Public Transit: Hop on a streetcar or subway nearby for quick trips across the city.
Biking: Rent a bike from a nearby station and explore the
waterfront or city streets.
Rideshares/Taxis: Easily available for door-to-door convenience.
Car Rentals: Plenty of nearby rental options if you plan to explore beyond downtown.
➤The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 17 - 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.
➤Unfortunately, we can’t offer a bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
Please take a moment to go over our booking policies and confirm your understanding. Be sure to send a message indicating you have read and agree to the rules.
1. For condo stays there is no front desk and guests do not have access to the building concierge unless explicitly specified. Please contact us via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, including the balcony if there is one. ($400 fine for smoke odor removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 9 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests.
6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $50 charge per each additional half hour stayed.
7. All bookings require the ID of all individuals staying and the disclosure of the full names and addresses of all guests. This is non-negotiable as it is required for registering guests at the building.
8. If the requested registration information is not received by at least 48 hours prior to check-in and for last-minute bookings hassle-free check-in cannot be guaranteed and no refunds will be given for check-in issues.
9. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labour, and administration involved.
