**The Space:
For sleeping arrangements, there are 3 bedrooms and the couch in the family room. The large master bedroom, right off of the family room, contains a queen king size bed, a closet you're welcome to store your gear. (hangers also provided in each closet)
The 2nd and the 3rd bedroom are equipped with a full bed and a large closet that is ready for your use. All beds have bedsheets, blankets and pillows.( extra blankets, iron, iron board, hangers, hair drier also available)
- 1 stylish, updated bathroom with a modern shower and fresh towels
- Inviting living room with a cozy fireplace and smart 80in tv ( Wi-Fi available) and a comfortable couch —perfect for those chilly evenings when you want to unwind with a good book or enjoy quality time together.
- Fully equipped kitchen with modern stainless-steel appliances with all the essentials to prepare your favorite meals, plus a dining area to gather around with loved ones. (the table can be extended to accommodate 6 people). There are 2 additional seats at the bar. This fully equipped kitchen includes plates, bowls, silverware, utensils and all the rest of the basics. There are pots, pans, a Toaster, microwave, tea kettle, air fryer as well as knife block. ( spices available)There is also a quaint coffee bar equipped with a Keurig machine. Starter coffee is being supplied.
- Two outdoor patios—one connecting to the kitchen through the double French doors, and one in the back of the house are ideal for enjoying your morning coffee, grilling dinner, or relaxing in the fresh air. Plenty of patio furniture and additional outdoor picnic tables with an umbrella for your dinning needs.

We love pets! Bring along your furry friends and let them enjoy the space too. Our home is cat and dog friendly.Dogs must be crated if you leave them unattended, (you must bring your own crate), so you don't have to leave them behind. Please clean outside after your pets!
To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we regret to inform you that breeds such as Pitbulls, Rottweilers, and Doberman Pincers are not permitted on the property due to insurance requirements. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation! No other pets accepted!

For the kids, there is a basket with some toys and books.

There's also a laundry room which you may use free of charge (remember to bring the detergent of your choice).

You'll have to bring your own beach towels and beach gear.

We supply starter dish and dishwasher, sponge, sampoo, body wash, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole house and driveway (with parking for up to 5 cars.). Additional street parking is also available.

The garage and an owner closet next to the office room are not accessible.
