For those in search of extra space and privacy, we offer a spacious, beautifully appointed 1-bedroom, 1-bath guest suite. This retreat is thoughtfully designed as a separate, self-contained suite, distinct from the main 4-bedroom, 3-bath residence.
The suite features its own private entrance, dedicated address, and a fully equipped kitchen, offering everything you need for an independent and seamless stay. The bedroom includes a queen-size bed, and the living area features a full-size pull-out sofa bed. This makes the suite perfect for families, with the ability to accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably.
Available for an additional fee, this private guest suite provides the perfect balance of convenience and privacy. Please reach out to us for more details or to inquire about availability.

***Groups with 11-12 guests in main house ONLY - Bed Arrangements - Queen Air Mattress. This option is best suited for children and can be placed in the living room.

HOUSE RULES:

Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am. Music and other noise must be kept to an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors.

Smoking of any kind, including "vapes" or e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited on the property. This includes both INDOOR and OUTDOOR spaces.

No parties, gatherings, or events. Only the # of guests listed on the reservation allowed. No adult entertainment allowed at the property.

No pets.

No commercial video or photography.

No rearranging of furniture.

Only Toilet Paper should be flushed down toilets. Feminine hygiene products, paper towels, & "flushable" wipes should NOT be flushed down the toilet.

Our property has outdoor security cameras for safety, with views of the exterior only (front, side, and back of the house; driveway). There are no cameras inside or in private spaces, ensuring your privacy is respected during your stay.

Tampering with, blocking, or disconnecting outdoor security cameras, Wi-Fi, or smart locks is prohibited.

No crypto mining allowed.

Any breach of the house rules, including hosting unauthorized parties, can lead to the immediate termination of your stay with no refund. Additionally, you can be held responsible for charges/damages/additional cleaning incurred as a result of not following the house rules.
