Slopeside spacieuses Dog Friendly Condo W / Vues et cheminée

Récemment rénové et redécoré avec des meubles en bois et d'un décor chalet de montagne. La cuisine a été entièrement rénové avec de nouvelles armoires et les appareils. Un téléviseur LCD ont été récemment installés dans le salon et les deux chambres. Situé sur le même étage que le bain à remous, un sauna et une blanchisserie. Un grand salon ouvert-salle à manger, est prévue autour d'une cheminée en pierre massive. La cuisine de plain-pied dans rénové et un snack-bar offrent la commodité. Les chambres sont spacieuses, chacune avec salle de bain attenante et une grande armoire. Deux portes coulissantes en verre donnent accès à la grande terrasse couverte. Profitez d'une vue incroyable sur la ville de Mt. Crested Butte et Washington Gulch. L'unité est entièrement meublée, jusque dans les draps et les plats. I104 est idéalement situé à quelques pas des pistes et des sentiers.

L'International Building est entré au 3ème étage. Descendez deux vols et vous atteignez I104 au 1er étage.

Votre condo est près de l'ascenseur mur Ouest. Une courte promenade à la fin du stationnement, skis, et vous êtes sur les pistes!

Les infrastructures complexes sont sûrs pour compléter votre expérience. Comme bureau et le personnel sur place, il est facile de vérifier-in / out et répondre à toutes les questions qui se posent lors de votre séjour. Services d'entretien ménager sont fournis à tous les séjours qui sont 3 nuits ou plus. En hiver, San Moritz possède son propre service de navette privée qui est gratuit avec votre séjour. La navette fonctionne tous les jours pendant la saison de ski de 8 h à minuit. Ils vont même ramasser et déposer juste devant votre condo! Pendant l'hiver, vous pouvez également profiter d'un bain dans le bain à remous intérieur. Le sauna est ouvert toute l'année. Pour plus de commodité, chaque bâtiment dispose de 2 laveuses et sécheuses pour les clients. Tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour confortable!

The views were spectacular!! Good instructions about having a pet in the condoWe found the condo a bit dated! Reviewer Comments: Only complaint is that the supposedly free shuttle would not pick us up because he said it was too busy so we had to hike all the way down to the town center to catch the bus into town. So sorry you were not able to catch a ride! Per our shuttle card included in every arrival packet, we do not do town runs between 8am-10:30am and 3pm-5:30pm. This way, we can cater to skiers going to/coming off the mountain. We can, however, drop you at the base area and you may take the town shuttle from there. I apologize if that was not clear when speaking with the driver. Just to clarify, tips are appreciated, but the shuttle service is a free ride. I'm glad you found the actual condo to be a great place to stay! Thanks for taking time to review. --Christine

Great Place for a Ski Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this place. It was our fourth year staying for 3 - 4 weeks and we love the convenience and amenities. Sure, it could use an update, but fancy aesthetics are not critical to us. The kitchen appliances are all new, we love the fireplace and unlimited firewood, and rejuvenate every afternoon in the jacuzzi. If you want convenience and value, you can't beat San Moritz Condominiums at Crested Butte.

Convenient & Comfortable

This condo was great. So close to trails to walk. The walk out was super convenient for my dog. It had everything we needed in kitchen. Only faults are it’s down three flights of stairs so beware how much you have to carry, the building has THIN walls so you hear people above and beside you quite a lot, and the office for checkin was a bit confusing to find. I think another sign or two to direct to office would be helpful. Overall though, I would stay here again for the Fall.

Great Dog Friendly Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Once you say you need a dog-friendly location, the choices immediately become limited. However, without that selection criteria, I may never have found this place. I don't think I have ever stayed in a place that had a kitchen stocked like this one. Every utensil, appliance or cookware need was available and in really great shape. The unit was clean, relatively quiet and had wonderful views. The only thing I would want people to know is that this unit is on the 1st floor but the parking lot is on the 3rd floor. Forty-five steps up and down every time you need to take out the puppy or get something from the car. On the plus side, if you can't handle the steps, you won't be able to handle the hikes and bike rides!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was comfortable for the two of us. We brought our dog and it was nice that they allow that. They have a great TV and comfortable sitting area to relax after a day of hiking or skiing. Plenty of seating in the kitchen for a big crowd, if you have it. The kitchen is lacking a little in a few items to help with cooking (we couldn't find big serving spoons for sauces and their utensils are lacking. We also would have liked some microwaveable dishes to cook vegetables in) , but they have really nice pots and pans and dishes. The beds are comfortable enough, but I would suggest they get some new sheets. They were rough and the fitted sheet kept pulling away from the mattress. But we managed. We really love staying at San Moritz. The management staff is always very helpful, especially the sweet attendant in the main office. She is always so pleasant and greets you with a smile. We also appreciate the service that will bring you new towels and pick up your trash if you are staying there for longer than a few days. We really had a wonderful week. Crested Butte has our hearts.

Perfect Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was wonderful and just like in the photos. Truly felt like home and rooms were a lot bigger than they seemed from photos. We took full advantage of the ski in/out advantage which was amazing! Our dog loved hanging out in the snow outside the back door. We used the hot tub every night since it was right next door. They have free firewood so no need to bring any! We stopped at City Market in Gunnison for food, and the condo had plenty of cookware but we did not count on there not being basics like salt and pepper, oil, foil, soap, or additional toilet paper. We made do but remember to bring any and all cooking materials and bath items with you. I would book this condo again in an INSTANT. No issues at all with anything.

Having a hot tub, sauna and washer/dryer on site was set nice. They had a sign up sheet for the hot tub, which made it easy to s schedule. The view of the mountains was blocked by the snow pile that falls off the roof, so that was a little disappointing.

Thanksgiving at San Moritz

The condo is in a great location, but there wasn't enough snow to be truly "ski in, ski out", but that was just a minor inconvenience.The condo was very comfortable, spacious and warm. My only complaint was that I thought the interior of the building as well as the interior of the condo was in need of updating. The staff was outstanding! I would stay there again when there is more snow.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very disappointed. We were not informed that there were 35+ stairs to navigate (up & down, to & from) condo. And it truly isn't a Ski-in & ski-out especially if have beginner skier children.

When booking online, we encourage guests to read the property descriptions to ensure the property fits your needs. I'm sorry our ski access was not what you were expecting. perfect location in Mount Crested Butte

This property fit my needs perfectly. I appreciated that it was pet friendly, and they provided "dog sheets" for the furniture and bedding. The new updates were were great, and the tile floor was practical for coming in and out of outdoor activities. The wifi was great, as well. For the price, this property fit my needs perfectly. Kitchen was well- equipped.

Liked the ski in and out luxury but condo needs updates and at least dead bolts on the exterior doers which were paper thin interior doors. The place was not cleaned and dirt was everywhere.
