Ce condo confortable et accueillant dispose d'un accès facile à une laverie, un bain à remous et sauna. Il a une nouvelle moquette, de nouveaux lits, et de superbes vues de chaque pièce. Un grand salon ouvert-salle à manger, est prévue autour d'une cheminée en pierre massive. La cuisine de plain-pied dans rénové et un snack-bar offrent la commodité. Les chambres sont spacieuses, chacune avec salle de bain attenante et une grande armoire. Deux portes coulissantes en verre donnent accès au grand patio qui offre une vue imprenable sur l'ouest de Washington Gulch et la ville de Mt. Crested Butte.

L'entrée du Paradise Building est située au troisième étage. Il y a deux volées d'escaliers pour accéder à la P-102.

Votre condo est près de l'ascenseur mur Ouest. Une courte promenade, skis, et vous êtes sur les pistes!

Les infrastructures complexes sont sûrs pour compléter votre expérience. Comme bureau et le personnel sur place, il est facile de vérifier-in / out et répondre à toutes les questions qui se posent lors de votre séjour. Les services de ménage sont fournis pour tous les séjours de 4 nuits ou plus. San Moritz a son propre service de navette privé qui est gratuit avec votre séjour. La navette circule tous les jours pendant la saison de ski à partir de 8h00. m. jusqu'à minuit. En été, la navette circule le week-end à partir de 4h00. m. jusqu'à minuit. Ils vont même ramasser et déposer juste devant votre condo! Pendant l'hiver, vous pouvez également profiter d'un bain dans le bain à remous intérieur. Le sauna est ouvert toute l'année. Pour plus de commodité, chaque bâtiment dispose de 2 laveuses et sécheuses pour les clients. Tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour confortable!

We enjoyed staying in this property; the space is great and near some fun trails. Note that the property is actually two levels below and it can be challenging if you are not used to the elevation.

The property is older,but work for a stay. I just highly recommend box fans or something..it gets very stale in there without the windows ope. We didnt open the windows a lot because of the fore smoke

Great Stay!

We had a great time at this property. Everything was as described. Plenty of amenities. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. I will caution that the ski in/out location is more for an intermediate skier.

Convenient Place!

The place was clean and so convenient to get to the base ski area. We had a great time. The only problem was the unit above us P202 loved having all the little kids walking around in the unit with their ski boots on. It was quite noisy.

Stay in Crested Butte (San Moritz)

It was a great place to get away. We got 3 feet of snow in 2 days so the road to get up to the condo was quite dangerous coming downhill but there was a shuttle we could have opted to take. All in all, a great place to be at Mt. Crested Butte.

The View was incredible! The condo and complex was quiet and relaxing. Being right on the mountain to take our dog for a walk, hike, and enjoy the wildflowers all around us was everything and more.

Weekend Get Away

This was our fourth time staying at San Moritz, and first time at this unit. Location is idle for skiing and this unit allows dogs which is why we chose this unit. The unit was as described in the listing, but a little dated. Overall a good stay with our family and dog.

It was very clean, had great kitchen utensils, very accessible to get to Crested Butte, and easy to follow instructions. The one down side is the noise being on the bottom floor. The group above us was a family who had no idea about the noise issues, and the people next to us got home at 2am that we heard a few times. Overall great experience, would highly recommend Crested Butte to visit.

Super great condo!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo has amazing views, is super spacious and has all of the amenities you need. The on-call shuttle is certainly a huge plus! We would definitely stay here again :-) I think the only disclaimer I'd call out is the condo is on the 1st floor of the building. So if you have any issues with climbing stairs, this may be a problem. Our group was fine but I definitely would pack a little on the lighter side + use backpacks / bags and not rolling suitcases.

This was our first visit to Crested Butte and we have already planned the next trip. Our condo was nice and updated and perfect for our family including 2 teenage boys and our service dog. The staff and most specifically, the shuttle drivers were excellent. We rarely had a wait over a few minutes and never had to use our vehicle to get to and from the mountain and to and from town for evening dinners. If I had to have any requests, it would be to have an outside ho ttub, but the interior ones in our unit were perfect for relaxing after long days of skiing. I highly recommend this condo!

Noisy Refrigerator Spoils the Vibe

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location with a great view. But the extremely noisy refrigerator is on its last legs, and runs almost incessantly. You can barely hear yourself think in the kitchen, you can hear it through bedroom walls, and it utterly spoils your ability to listen to music. Shower faucets require so much effort to pull out that I am surprised someone hasn’t pulled one out of the wall. Would not advise you to rent it unless mgt confirms a new refrigerator has been installed.

Thanks for taking time to review. Maintenance has checked out the refrigerator, and it was turned all the way up resulting it in it running constantly. So, that has been turned down to a normal level, and it is no longer constantly running. Also, the fan had some ice on it that has been removed. The refrigerator should no longer be noisy. We do have maintenance on site, and they are happy to check out any issues in the condo while you are here during your stay. Thanks again. --Christine

Needs some attention

Would not stay at this condo again. It is past its prime in every way - linens/towels/mattresses need to be replaced, they are in bad shape (worn, lots of holes, etc). Lighting in unit is terrible - only central light is in the kitchen, everywhere else runs on lamps and there are not enough of them. Feels very dingy. Art, etc on wall have all been hanging for 20 years based on dates and feels like an aged grandma's house, time for a refresh. Can't use stove/oven without setting off fire alarm as there is no ventilation. Building itself is very dated - indoor hot tub is disgusting. Other bummer was property manager communication is slow. They didn't send check-in information ahead of time so we were scrambling in below zero temperatures with young children at 10 PM once we arrived figuring out how to get in. Location to skiing was handy. For this price point you can find a much nicer place nearby or in town.

I do apologize for your experience during your stay with us. However, I feel like some of this review is a bit exaggerated. I will have Housekeeping check the linens, but we do not provide linens with "lots of holes." The art on the walls is mostly local photographs and posters...I'm not sure how that qualifies as "grandma's house" but regardless, there are several photos of the unit on the listing for your reference if the owner's taste in artwork is something that will affect the quality of your stay. Smoke alarms are in the unit for your safety. Most guests are able to use the stove/oven with no problem... As far as the building being dated, our complex is one of the original complexes built in Mt. CB--which we are proud of. And the complex has been successfully hosting vacations for decades. Great location and Great place

We were overall very satisfied with our stay. The check in didn't go as smoothly as we hoped. We never received an email with information on what to do so when we showed up we were a little confused and it was after 4pm so no one was at the office. We messaged over vrbo but didn't hear back for a few hours. Thankfully we went to the door at the office and found an envelope that said our name. Night 2 was an awful night there. There was a group above us that were very loud and partied until 3am. We got maybe 4 hours of sleep. I am pregnant and my husband was there to snowboard so no sleep for us isn't good. The only other thing I would say is the pillows need an upgrade. They are paper thin and terrible. We decided we will now always travel with our own pillows. We loved the location and the place itself just a couple little things that were discouraging. We will definitely be back and would stay here again.

Thanks for staying and taking time to review! As stated in the listing, all check-in instructions are emailed to the address on file once final payment is processed. Sometimes those go to the junk mail folder, so it's easy to miss. I am happy to re-send those before a guest arrives, but we do have a very small staff and limited office hours at our complex. There is a staff member on call until midnight every day of the week during ski season to assist with late check-ins. I do apologize again for the noisy neighbors you encountered during one night. We were able to contact them and ask them to quiet down, and they were happy to do that. I will let the owners know about the pillows, so those can be replaced. Great location, good unit, bad stairs

We had 3 adults and a small dog and the unit was very nice, with room for more. It looked just like in the photos and everything was clean and good working order. All the beds were comfortable couches looked new. They even put out sheets for the dog so he could join us on the couch. The only minor, in unit, complaint is the lack of Tupperware. The location is great. Once you are in the parking lot it is a short walk to the slopes. This is a true ski in ski out. The run back is a black, but an easy black, bumps at the top since it wasn’t groomed while we were there. Now for the stairs. As the description says there are three flights of stairs from the parking down to the unit. One flight before you enter the building and two inside the building. The lack of snow removal by the top of the outdoor stairs made it a slippery adventure just getting to the stairs. As for the interior stairs, neither of the flights of stairs has a handrail on the open side of the stairs. As an architect I have no idea how they are allowed to not have a railing.

I'm glad you found this unit nice and the location great! With the amount of snow we have received and how busy we have been, it is difficult for the plow to get every inch of the parking lot, including the path leading to the stairs. Therefore, the path can get slippery during the season with the melt and freeze cycle. As far as the interior railing goes, the buildings are over 50 years old and are grandfathered in. However, the board here is currently planning an interior remodel within the next couple of years with plans to add railings to the stairs. Thanks for taking time to review! --Christine
