Ce logement situé au dernier étage et faisant face à la montagne est situé à seulement 5 minutes à pied du domaine skiable avec restaurants, bars et café. Une navette gratuite vient vous chercher à la base du bâtiment pour vous emmener où vous devez aller, y compris la ville de Crested Butte. Il y a aussi une petite épicerie et un magasin d'alcools accessibles à pied.

A wonderful condo with an amazing view from the deck. My second stay here and I enjoyed it just as much as the first time. It’s a very conveniently arranged condo and is well supplied with everything needed. We loved having coffee on the deck in the mornings and wine and snacks in the evening. After days out exploring the beautiful area, it’s a great place to relax and relive the adventures! We were even treated to a double rainbow after a rain shower.

Spring break

We had a great stay for spring break at the Timbers. First time in Crested Butte and the location did not disappoint. Comfy couches to relax on and cozy beds for sleeping. Views were amazing.

Incredible Stay!

The property is incredible and as advertised. The view from the balcony is the best in town. The location is convenient and the owners are great to work with. Everything was seamless and made for a memorable family vacation.

Ladies getaway

After hiking from Aspen to CB, we arrived at the condo which was a very comfy place to relax the rest of the weekend. Comfortable beds, ceiling fans, and a nice living room to hang out in. The shuttle stop is incredibly close and convenient as is the coffee shop around the corner.

Great Mountain Condo

We had such a great time at this spot in Crested Butte. Plenty of space, great location, and a beautiful view of the mountain from the balcony. Easy 3 min shuttle to ski from the back of the building to the base of the mountain, and a quick drive into town. Would stay here again!

Great views!

This property is a great find! Everything was clean, in great condition, and as advertised. The view from the balcony is incredible, and we enjoyed the hot tub also. The ice maker in the freezer was also great and very helpful.

Great location, clean and modern

All the photos, descriptions and instructions were accurate and we had no issues locating the property. No surprises when we arrived but one question which was answered quickly. What you see is what you get and it was a great NYE visit for us - easy access to the lifts with convenient skiier drop-off. We'd stay here again.

Great Christmas at Crested Butte

Chad has a beautiful 2 bedroom condo which has an amazing view of the mountain. Chad's unit was clean with excellent instructions on entry and departure. There is an excellent bus system to the mountain as well as hot tub with easy access. If you like skiing and the more quaint experience of being away from the I-70 area, this is a great option.

Getaway at The Timbers

Pamela & Chad are the best. Our condo was very clean, well taken care of and well equipped. This is our 2nd year in their unit and we’ve already signed up for next summer! Also excellent location and the building has an elevator which is a plus!

Fantastic Location and Well Appointed Unit

We had a great stay at the condo. The unit is beautiful, has everything we could have needed, and the location was super convenient for skiing. Not quite come back for lunch in my ski boots close, but pretty dang close and quick to get to the lifts. My favorite part was the beautiful top floor views and lots of natural light in the unit. To top it off, Chad and Pamela were very responsive to any of our messages and requests. Would definitely stay here again next time in Crested Butte!

Excellent Location

We stayed in this home for a spring break ski trip. The property was perfect for our family of four. We did not feel crowded and greatly appreciated the full kitchen, which included food storage containers! Most of the time I bring baggies, expecting not to have food storage containers available. This home is located right by the shuttle stop to Crested Butte ski area, saving us time and money! We were impressed with the ski locker area as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding Top Shelf Condo

This condo made a fantastic first impression and it kept getting better. The unit is spacious and is at the end of the building on the top floor, thus offering unobstructed views on three sides, including a fantastic view of the ski mountain. The well equipped kitchen has every possible utensil and all of the silverware/flatware you’d ever want. It also has a very high quality Samsung flat panel TV. The free shuttle to the ski resort and to town couldn’t be more convenient. It stops right behind the building and runs every fifteen minutes. However, the condo is so close to the lifts that we would usually just walk. Our ski’s were stored for free at our rental provider, Flatiron, adjacent to the lift so that made it very easy. We never bothered with carrying skis to the condo or getting them onto the bus. We loved staying at his condo and we’ll do it again the next time we go to Crested Butte.

Loved the view off the balcony and being the end unit. The place was perfect for us. The beds were good. Conveniently located. Quieter unit except for the dogs barking but they aren’t a problem at night. Loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

We had a very pleasant stay here and were in awe of the mountain views and fall colors. The condo is thoughtfully appointed, clean, and comfortable. The instructions we received for check-in were helpful, and we had absolutely no issues finding the condo or getting in. We would totally recommend staying here, and we hope to be back!

We love the mountains! Our full time home is outside of Park City, UT, but we love getting to Crested Butte as often as we can!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love the amenities of The Timbers. The bike wash, ski lockers, bike storage area, and ski tuning bench are unique. The base of the resort area is just a short walk away and the shuttle goes there as well. Having a shuttle stop just outside the building that will take us down the mountain to Crested Butte is a great perk as well.

There is a paved multi use trail a short walk away and a short drive up Gothic Rd. takes you to some nice single track trails.
