The covered back patio has an 8 person, outdoor dining table and a propane grill for BBQs! For cozy nights under the stars, a propane-gas fire pit awaits, creating a magical ambiance for conversations and relaxation. Guests are also able to enjoy several backyard games like Bags on the turf or have a ping pong tournament on the full-sized, outdoor ping pong table.

Private Casita with a Twist - The detached casita is where the fun continues! Inside, you'll find a spacious living area packed with a kitchenette, perfect for quick snacks, and entertainment options, including arcade games – a playful, unforgettable feature for kids and adults alike. On the living area wall there is a large Smart TV, perfect for catching the game or streaming your favorite shows, with visibility from both indoors and out by the pool area. You can also choose from a library of over 20,000 classic video games, providing endless indoor entertainment for kids and grown-ups. For ultimate downtime, the bedroom features its own Smart TV, ready for movie night. It’s the ultimate spot for evening games or some downtime away from the main house.

Guests can park in the garage (2 spaces), on the private driveway, or on the street in front of the home on Dunbar Dr.

- Noise Ordinance set in place 10pm - 8am. Subject to additional fees per violation.
- Property Vendors (pool, landscape, pest control, etc.) may access the grounds weekly for necessary maintenance and will have access to the backyard.
