**From October 15th to May 15th, the pool will be heated between 82-84 degrees for an additional $75/day for the duration of your stay**

Guests have the entire house to themselves. We want you to feel comfortable using the home as if it’s your own! We live close by and can easily be there if needed.

Located in a beautiful residential neighborhood and the house is facing a park so the views from inside are very nice and green! This park offers a work out circuit, no need for a gym membership when you can just cross the street and work out outside!
