Located in the Calabay Parc community in Davenport, FL, the villa is just a short drive from Disney World and other major theme parks, offering the perfect balance of proximity to attractions and a peaceful retreat.
The spacious family room features ample seating, a 55" 4K Smart TV, and a Bluetooth sound bar for streaming movies and music. After a fun day at the parks, the comfortable living area is the perfect place to unwind and relax.
Step outside to your own private paradise. The covered lanai houses a private pool and spa, surrounded by plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the outdoors. The area is screened to keep out bugs, offering privacy and comfort. For families with young children, the pool safety gate ensures peace of mind. Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee($25/Day. Pool will be set to 87f and spa to 102f), perfect for enjoying the water year-round. Keep in mind that if you elect to NOT have pool heat, the hot tub will not be warm as they are on the same heater.
The game room is packed with entertainment for everyoneâping pong, air hockey, foosball, darts, and a 42â Smart TV offer hours of fun. Whether itâs rainy weather or you just need a break from the theme parks, the game room is perfect for keeping everyone entertained.
