The Space:
An extraordinary clubhouse is the centerpiece of this resort-style community. At the clubhouse, you can purchase your resort access card and enjoy all the amenities the resort has to offer! Such as the lazy river, water slide and pool area, tennis court, volleyball court, and fitness center.

RESORT FEE:
There is a $49 fee for an access card to use the amenities. The resort fee is a one-time fee that allows you and the members of your party to gain access to these facilities for the entire length of your stay.

Bedroom two: Master suite with King bed and private bathroom

Bedroom three: 2X Full Beds with private bathroom

Bedroom four: 1 Full bed and 1 Twin bed with private bathroom

Bedroom five: 1 Full bed and 1 Twin bed with private bathroom

Loft with a Sofa Bed queen size

The house accommodates 16 guests. We provide 16 towels, and there is a washer and dryer located inside the property.

As a courtesy, we offer a Welcome Kit for our guests.

It is not our responsibility to replace the Welcome Kit items.

9 minutes from Walmart
20 minutes from Disney World
27 minutes from Premium Outlets
35 minutes from Universal Studios

RESORT FEE:

BOOKING YOUR STAY:
You must be 21 years of age or older to book with us. When requested, the guest must provide us with an ID. Your ID and payment method must match. Failure to provide ID will result in the booking being canceled.


BEFORE CHECKING IN:
Attention: it is very important that all guests must provide a complete guest list of first and last names by 5pm EST at least 24 hours before their arrival. The resort will not allow access if the names are not registered.


POOL AND SPA HEATER:
Please note: the SPA is not a hot tub. The SPA is connected to the pool using the same system. The pool heater is required to heat both and there is an additional fee. The pool heater can take up to 24 HOURS to fully heat and will be turned on once the payment has processed, so please be sure to request the pool heater at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. ***The pool is heated to 86F For health and safety reasons we cannot raise the temperature beyond 86F. Thank you for your understanding.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
