Beautiful, spacious home with everything we needed! All the appliances worked perfectly, and the pool area was a highlight for my family. Close to grocery stores and restaurants, which made things very convenient. We had a great time and I’ll definitely be visiting again. Highly recommend!

Great vacation home

Stayed first week of March for golf trip. House was clean and had everything we needed. Heated pool and hot tub was great relaxing after golf. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Great Rental House

Our stay was really good. The kitchen had all the appliances you needed. We only had one concern, the master bedroom upstairs needs a new mattress. Our hostess was awesome and answered us right away. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice Oasis

We had three couples staying here while our son's played baseball. It was nice having three en-suites that were in different areas of the house. The pool was great. The neighborhood was quiet and great for a morning walk. Starbucks is within walking distance. I would definitely rent this property again if we're back in the area.

The villa is in a lovely location backing onto grassland and woodland so the pool area is very private. The villa is well equipped but is let down by a few things that would be easy to remedy, the first being it needs a deep clean especially the carpets, some of the patio furniture has seen better days and needs replacing, and the bed linen needs renewing. Overall we had a great holiday and found the manager is quick to respond to any issues we had.

NOT A HOUSE WITH THREE KING SIZE BED

We extremely regret our choice in choosing this RVBO property. We were a party of 3 adult couples with our 5 children and looked for a house that MUST have 3 bedrooms with king size bed. Although this property description includes 3 bedrooms with king size beds, it has only two, the third one having a QUEEN SIZE bed (60 in. wide). And disgusting enough, property management ARGUED with us stating that bed is a true king size, so we had to measure it!!! Really dishonest.

Beautiful home

The home is beautiful. Our only thing we found troublesome was there was no lights on outside and the front door is actually on the side. So it was to dark to see anything when we arrived. Not a huge problem but it was the only thing that would have made the stay better. The pool and game room were fun. The decorations are very nice. Couch comfy. Thermostat set to 72 but we were able to set it where we like. Host was very nice and responsive

Safe, solid, great location.

In evacuation form Hurricane Milton we booked this property. The host and management company is very accommodating, the house is in a great location and solid. We did have a large family with us, this property provided all the comfort and privacy everyone needed.

Great for families!

My family and I took a trip to Florida this past July and this property was absolutely incredible. The host made sure my questions were answered almost right away. The property was beautiful, our family spent most of our time at the pool. This is definitely a rental I’d stay at again!

Perfect Getaway!! Home Just Like Pictures!!

Property was fantastic for all our family needs. Spent a lot of time in game room/garage and at pool. Living room seating big enough for all people to be in same vaccinity. Lots of comfortable seating options. House was accurate as advertised pictures matched perfectly. Definitely what you see is what you get. Lovely spacious home decorated for holidays was the perfect family holiday gathering!

Simply Perfect

We had an amazing time at this property! It was beautifully furnished (although we tucked some breakables away before the little ones got there). The pool and hot tub were an all time favorite and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook with. A perfect place to land after a day at the parks!

Great Place

Place was great. Very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Neighbor hood was very nice and quiet. Pool was amazing! We opted to have it heated and heated it was. It was great for morning and night swimming for the kiddos. Place is great location to parks and plenty of restaurants nearby. Would recommend to stay.

Nice large home for a family

We really enjoyed the layout of this property as it worked perfectly for our family. Our kids never wanted to leave the pool. The outside pool bathroom was a cool feature.. there is a jacuzzi tub, but it’s not hot unless you want to pay 50/day for warm water which was not listed before booking. This property had essentials needed for a quick stay- we were able to make food on property or run out to pick up something quick. Public’s and Starbucks is within 5 minutes away. This property overall could use a good deep clean- some TLC. Decorations falling off Star Wars room walls, a green substance growing on the pool room ceiling/posts, air vents covered in dust. Some fresh paint and replace the dorm room couch in the living room. The game room hockey table in inoperable with a light plastic puck and the pool table has a rip in the lining and no chalk for poolsticks. New batteries in tv remotes, salt and Pepper packets for cooking to go along with the coffee bar condiments. Overall the property felt safe and worked for what we needed as a quick stay but for the nightly price, it’s time for a refresh.

The home met our needs. Was very functional, had tons of kitchen accessories and the layout worked well for us. The carpets need a deep cleaning or replaced and all the spring mattresses are worn out. Made it difficult to sleep well.

Nice Villa

Check in was easy, beautiful Villa and easily accommodated our family of 9. Nice location on private estate. No other properties overlooking at the back. Drive to Disney was around 30 minutes with traffic and 60 mins to Universal. Couple of the mattresses upstairs: springs had gone but this would be our only gripe. Plenty of towels for use in the pool. Would recommend.

Disney vacation

I enjoyed my stay at this property. I will say that everything wasn’t perfect. The minor things I won’t mention, but the two major things is the couch in the living area isn’t the same as the picture and is very small and doesn’t have a pleasant look to it. Also the mattress needs to be replaced in the top master bedroom. The host was very helpful with anything that I needed. Despite those two things, It was a good stay at this home. The heated pool was a plus and the fact that she had lots of cookware and things you may need to clean was definitely a bonus. I would definitely recommend this place for people with children. It was a great house and location for the price point. I’ll be looking for this house when I bring my grandson for his 10th birthday trip Disney.

would stay again

house was very comfortable a few minor flaws, 1 wall had some damage when we arrived and the microwave worked but the door was broken hanging on by the top hinge only..and no towel bars in the bathroom except in the shower...the other thing that i will check for next time i rent a pool home is for easier access in and out of the pool, no hand rails and 2 of us have mobility issues, i personally struggled to get out of the pool with nothing to hold on to, i will make sure to check for that with the next rental, i could not even get into the hot tub as i would not have been able to get out...other than that i would rent this house again, very good expeience...
