Property was lovely! It was very comfortable and clean- 5star. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect for relaxing by the pool, movie nights, game room for the kids. It felt like a home away from home. Great distance from attractions and shops. Host was very responsive to messages. We will definitely stay again when back in Orlando.

Where to start?! I really wanted to love this home but from the beginning it was a mess. Originally, I paid for 5 days and 4 nights. I went back and added an extra day through the owner. VRBO would not show the extra day but the owner assured me we were ok to check in on the extra day I added. The day before we were scheduled to arrive, I checked with the owner to confirm the check in the following day. He never confirmed. He only stated he would send the check in instructions later that day. The next day(check in day) he still hadn’t confirmed or sent instructions. Midday he sends me a message stating our check in was for the following day and he would send instructions then. I had to remind him of the extra day we paid for. He confirmed, apologized, and assured me the place would be ready by 4 (check in time). Fast forward to check in time we pull up to the house there is a cleaning van in the driveway, trash on the sidewalk… front door wide open. I wrote him to let him know and he again assured me it would be ready by 4 even though it was already after 4. We have a baby, toddler, and other kids and were tired and ready to relax after the drive. This was only the first of a list of issues. Next, my room the master had cobwebs all over the ceiling fan and a piece of dust flew off of it. He sent the cleaning lady back. I was in the living room nursing my daughter and she went in The cleaning lady also said the people before broke the string to the fan in the upstairs room

We took our boys and some friends on a senior trip. The boys spent the days at Universal and the moms stayed at the house and enjoyed the pool. We had a fantastic trip.

Easter Celebration & vacation !

We cannot express enough about how incredibly wonderful our time together was as a family, in this gorgeous, clean home. Spacious, accommodating, and comfortable. Very close to Disney, less than a 15 minute drive. Shopping was within 8 mins, and there is a ton to do, 5 mins away! Highly recommend The Wilson restaurant too, which was 12 minutes away. The owner of the home was available at any time to help with any needs and/or questions, to make our stay even more comfortable than it already was! The pool was beautiful! We are a family that cooks meals, and the kitchen was fully accessible. We were able to have a beautiful Easter meal together. We will definitely book again in the near future ! Thank you and highly HIGHLY recommend; worth every penny !

Clean, comfortable beds, well stocked

House was clean, beds were comfortable, pool was nice size. Kids really enjoyed the playroom. Location was good. Paid for pool/spa heat but wished the temperature wasn’t locked at 95degF. Should be at least 100deg for spa. NAlso house temperature was locked at 72 degrees would have liked the ability to adjust. Communication with manager was good. Overall very good stay

Clean, Large, Safe Neighborhood rental

Well maintained, clean and safe. Reasonably close to all attractions. Disney attractions in 25 min. SeaWorld was about 40 min. Universal is about 45 min. All of us were very comfortable here. Quiet neighborhood, all slept well.

Thanksgiving Stay

We spent the Thanksgiving holiday in Orlando to visit Disney and Universal. And after searching for a property that checked all the boxes and was a great location we found the gem that is Valdernir’s place! Everything from booking to checking in to communication was top notch. My family and I enjoyed the beautiful home, wonderful patio and pool area and the amazing hospitality of Valdernir. If you are looking for a place that checks all the boxes for you I would absolutely recommend staying here. We are planning another trip back next year and can’t wait to book here again!

Nice Home but uncomfortable stay

Pool and spa, and gas grill prices wasn't listed at time of booking. Each was an additional pricing per day. Bathtubs had hair in them. Thermostat was set and locked on a permanent setting of 77. Temperature in house was unbearable. Ants and spider problem

Great location, pool and spa perfect!

This property looked even better than the photos, beautifully furnished,very clean, comfy beds, big pool and great hot tub too! It is less than 2 miles to Walmart,several restaurants, and close to Disney too. I would recommend!!
