Clean, comfortable beds, well stocked

House was clean, beds were comfortable, pool was nice size. Kids really enjoyed the playroom. Location was good. Paid for pool/spa heat but wished the temperature wasn’t locked at 95degF. Should be at least 100deg for spa. NAlso house temperature was locked at 72 degrees would have liked the ability to adjust. Communication with manager was good. Overall very good stay

This property looked even better than the photos, beautifully furnished,very clean, comfy beds, big pool and great hot tub too! It is less than 2 miles to Walmart,several restaurants, and close to Disney too. I would recommend!!

Great home close to everything!

Home was very clean and spacious. Great layout, and plenty of games to keep the kids busy. Very close to Disney, Walmart and restaurants. Great neighborhood, and very quiet. Very easy check in and check out. We would definitely stay here again!

Great family vacay

This home was just that, home away from home with all the amenities. Newly decorated beautifully, pool was heated to a great temp, and having your own hot tub was so worth it. Close to grocery stores and many reataurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving Stay

We spent the Thanksgiving holiday in Orlando to visit Disney and Universal. And after searching for a property that checked all the boxes and was a great location we found the gem that is Valdernir’s place! Everything from booking to checking in to communication was top notch. My family and I enjoyed the beautiful home, wonderful patio and pool area and the amazing hospitality of Valdernir. If you are looking for a place that checks all the boxes for you I would absolutely recommend staying here. We are planning another trip back next year and can’t wait to book here again!

Home away from home

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful, modern and clean and offered all the amenities that we needed for our stay while visiting Florida. We wouldn’t hesitate in booking again with this host. He made check in and out easy and checked on us throughout the entire booking process. If you on the fence about booking, I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Great Stay

We had a great time staying at this home. The property was beautiful and clean. The pool and spa were amazing and on the rare cooler day, the game room kept us busy. The owner is very responsive and replied to most of our questions within 15 minutes. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in the Orlando area.

Fantastic villa

The Villa and location is perfect for Disney. The Villa itself is very nice to be in with enough space for everyone. Excellent pool and covered outdoor area. There is a Walmart and a Publix within 5 mins. There is also a massive hidden gem just round the corner. Head for Island H2O and you will find a great location with about 12 very nice restaurants, literally 5 mins in the car. I can’t rate this Villa high enough, we will definitely recommend and return.

Our stay for my granddaughter’s fifth birthday was absolutely magical. We had a slight problem with the air condition. Our host got back to us quickly responded and had it fixed before we returned to the house from the Disney parks.

Good Time with Family

Clean place with plenty of sleeping options and comfortable beds. Kitchen was adequately stocked. Great pool and hot tub. Publix, Walmart, and liquor store close by. Host and the property managers (husband/wife) were quick to communicate and respond to some minor issues. Make sure you get clarity about extra fees (pool/spa heat and BBQ) as this is not mentioned in the listing information.

Very clean and updated

Everything was great. The home was clean and updated. It had everything in the kitchen you need. There were plenty of extra towels. There were enough items to hold you over for a day or 2, toilet tissue, laundry detergent, dish liquid, etc. My only suggestion would be sheet clips because the sheets kept coming off but otherwise a good experience. I would stay there again.

Great for Disney!

We had to adjust our plans at the last minute and booked this house. It ended up being the best for us! Well maintained, only 10-18 minutes from Disney (depends on time of day), and the pool was a hit with the kids (and adults). The kitchen was well stocked with items you need for various meal prep, every room has a tv to keep everyone occupied if they want to hang in their room, very clean, and the host keeps in touch regarding any issues (wifi went down and he let us know before we even noticed). We definitely would stay here again and recommend the host & the house.

Nice Home but uncomfortable stay

Pool and spa, and gas grill prices wasn't listed at time of booking. Each was an additional pricing per day. Bathtubs had hair in them. Thermostat was set and locked on a permanent setting of 77. Temperature in house was unbearable. Ants and spider problem
