Central Modern Farmhouse was great!

We enjoyed our stay in Sonoma and made the most of our visit sharing time enjoying each others company around the pool and hot tub with friends. Great layout for our group to share meals and also have downtime in many seating areas around the property. Thank you again for the wonderful visit!

Great wine country weekend getaway for a group of 8. Central enough to get anywhere in Sonoma and Napa, while having plenty of ammentities to keep you entertained while at home. Immaculate property.

Beautiful Property with Lots of Space

It is one of the most beautiful house we stayed in. Everyone had a great time from swimming in the pool, playing basketball to singing Karaoke till late at night. We would love to come back.

We loved this stunning modern farmhouse conveniently located to downtown Sonoma and several wineries. The hosts, Amber & Savannah, were extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive. My only wish is that we extended our stay!

House goals!

Exceptional stay! The hosts were extremely kind and thoughtful. The home is so much more grand in person than the pictures can capture! Pristinely clean and beautifully laid out. Everything you could possibly need is provided and easy to find. Beds and pillows were very comfortable which is a major check box for me. We also loved taking a dip in the hot tub in the evening under the misty rain. We will absolutely be staying again when we are in Sonoma visiting our family.

Very clean and convenient. Plenty for kids to do with pool and basketball court. Great layout. Highly recommend. Easy drive to SF and close to great restaurants in Sonoma.

Beautiful, pristine home!

This is the third time we rented this home, and we will definitely come back again! It is beautiful, clean and spacious. Great for a group. The grounds are gorgeous, and the house is beautifully decorated. We love it!

The house was clean, lovely, spacious, and had every amenity we could hope for. There were automated screens to enclose the porch, but unfortunately they did not work. The pool and hot tub were great throughout the day. Less than 15 minutes to historic Sonoma Plaza.

Simply Amazing!

We couldn't have had better time at the farmhouse. It was an amazing escape from the hustle and bustle and a perfect space for a private family getaway. The house is top notch and had everything we needed to make dinner. The hot tub and pool is beautiful and all of the amenities and space are what really set it apart from other places. Multiple issues with the property - can provide photos and commentary

Very expensive house to rent that has multiple issues and broken items/features. To list off the broken items or items that did not work: - Ice maker broken - Door nob on door knob going outside broken - pool lights/spa lights broken - dining room chair broken - Maste towel rack broken - Fireplace in LR broken - Multiple stains incloding walls and carpeting upstairs - oil or grease coming out of roof and into rafters in loft- cleaners were still there at 4:45 after we "checked in"I plan on reaching out to the property management team as well but for this was a very expensive house that has multiple issues with it and not worth the money. I also reached out to the team over the VRBO app and did not hear from them once we checked in.

Hi Jason - As we shared with you, we are very sorry you didn't have a perfect stay! We never heard about any of these issues during your stay and we would have absolutely sent someone to assist. As we shared, the fireplace worked fine & all others mentioned were easy fixes that we would have been happy to remedy during your stay! We understand you wanted your privacy and we happily offered you a discount. We're sorry you weren't satisfied with the amount, we never received an amount you would have been happy with even after we increased it. Our cleaners were still drying towels in the laundry room when you arrived early before check in and they left shortly after. We apologize if there was a miscommunication about whether or not you could come in the home, but they did share that you came in shortly after arrival which was no issue with us or them! The only question we had from you was about speakers outside, which are unfortunately not allowed at the property due to the Sonoma ordinance. Again, we are sorry everything wasn't perfect, but we would have happily remedied had we known about it :)
