Thank you so much for your wonderful review! 😊 I’m so happy you enjoyed the great location, the cleanliness of the room, and especially that amazing view — it truly is something special! It was a pleasure hosting you, and I would love to welcome you back anytime for another beachfront stay. 🌊✨

Thank you for the great review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the beautiful view and our beachfront location. Being right on the beach while still a bit removed from the busiest areas of Miami Beach is something many of our guests really appreciate. It’s also nice to hear you enjoyed the pool deck and the Tiki Bar — they’re definitely fun spots to relax. And yes, Bernie’s across the street is a favorite for many guests! We’d love to host you again on your next trip to Miami Beach. 🌴

Thank you so much for the 5-star review! I'm glad to hear you had a great experience. If there's anything specific you especially enjoyed or any suggestions for next time, feel free to share!

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the room and found it just as described, as well as the great location with easy access to the beach and amenities. We appreciate you mentioning the elevator and valet timing, as it’s helpful for future guests to plan accordingly, especially during busy periods. Thank you as well for noting the bed sizing—we’ll take that into consideration for clarity in our listing.

Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re so happy you enjoyed the amazing view and had a smooth stay. It was a pleasure hosting you for 14 days, and I’m glad our team was able to provide everything you needed right away. We’d love to welcome you back anytime! 🌴✨ Warm regards,

Thank you for sharing your experience and for being a returning guest. We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience with the hot water and that you spotted a roach during your stay. This is not the standard we strive to provide. Our maintenance and pest control teams have already been notified to ensure the issue is addressed promptly. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the chance to provide you with a smoother experience in the future

Thank you for your thoughtful and detailed review! We're so glad you enjoyed the location, views, and amenities—especially the Russian Turkish baths, which truly are a hidden gem. It's wonderful to hear that the condo met your expectations in cleanliness and comfort, and that your experience with us as hosts was positive. We appreciate your note about the public areas and will share that feedback with building management. We'd be happy to welcome you back anytime!

Thank you for your feedback! We're so glad you enjoyed the breathtaking views, comfortable beds, and well-equipped kitchen. We appreciate your suggestion about the coffee maker and will take it into consideration. We understand your concerns about the check-in process and the bathroom, and we’ll share your feedback with the appropriate teams to improve the experience. We're happy to hear you found valet parking convenient and hope to welcome you back soon!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. We understand how frustrating long wait times can be, especially after a long journey. Unfortunately, during peak hours, valet and elevator wait times at the building can increase—something we continue to escalate with building management, even though it's beyond our direct control. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and we regret that the room did not meet your standards. Had we been informed during your stay, we would have immediately sent our housekeeping team to address any concerns. Likewise, we are always available to assist with access to laundry cards or any amenity instructions—our team is just a call or message away. We genuinely regret that this stay left you disappointed. While the building itself is older compared to some newer constructions nearby, many guests appreciate its direct beach access, on-site amenities, and convenience. That said, your comments are taken seriously, and we will use them to continue improving our service.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the cleanliness of the room, the ocean view, and had a good experience at the on-site restaurant with their team. I’m sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. The beds are standard queen size, but I understand that comfort can be very personal, and I appreciate your feedback regarding the sheets as well. I’ll review this with housekeeping to ensure everything is properly fitted and secured. Regarding the pool photo, it is not altered, but I understand how angles can sometimes make spaces appear different in pictures versus in person. For the shower pressure, elevators, and overall building environment, these are managed by the building and not within my direct control. That said, I completely understand how those factors can impact your overall experience, and I appreciate your understanding in separating those from the unit itself. Thank you again for your feedback—it truly helps us continue improving where we can. Best regards, Blu

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry to hear about the frustration you encountered, especially with the valet service on the morning of January 14. Missing an important work call due to this situation is understandably upsetting, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused. Please note that valet services and staffing are managed directly by the building and are outside of our direct control. That said, your feedback is important, and we will be reporting this incident to building management so they are aware of the unprofessional behavior you described. We also apologize for the confusion you experienced regarding the laundry facilities. While the machines are shared building amenities, we understand how helpful clear guidance would have been, and we’ll look into improving the information we provide to guests. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the view and cleanliness of the unit, and we appreciate your honest feedback. It helps us and the building management identify areas that need improvement. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear that you and your family enjoyed the beach access, pool, and the lobby games, and that Blu Gin Restaurant and the pool bar helped make your stay even more enjoyable. It's also great to know the on-site shops were convenient for your needs. We appreciate your understanding regarding the ongoing construction, as well as your patience with the elevators and valet wait times. These are building-wide services, and we're grateful for your thoughtful feedback. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back for another relaxing stay by the beach soon!

Thank you for your feedback! We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the great views and the clean pool area. We're also glad that you found the unit clean and accurately represented in the listing photos. We appreciate your comments regarding the elevator capacity. As the elevators are shared by both guests and building staff, wait times can occasionally occur during busy periods. We understand how this can impact the overall experience and will be sure to share your observations with building management. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again on a future visit!

Thank you for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear that you found the room clean and that our staff was so kind and welcoming to your family. Your kind words mean a lot to us. We truly appreciate your 5-star rating and hope to host you again on your next visit! Best regards, Vanessa Blu Vacation Rentals

Thank you so much for the 5-star review! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We truly appreciate your support and are delighted to know you had a great stay. We hope to welcome you back again soon! 😊
