Cette maison accueillante à un seul niveau vous offre un accès de rêve à des kilomètres de plages de sable égales, juste à côté de votre magnifique pont arrière! Au nord de Waldport, Sandpiper Retreat est soigneusement aménagé pour tous vos invités. Le salon présente une décoration nautique élégante, de grandes fenêtres avec vue sur l'océan, une cheminée, une télévision, des canapés confortables et une table à cartes pour des jeux ou des collations. La grande terrasse extérieure est conçue comme un espace de rassemblement offrant une vue panoramique sur l’océan, du mobilier et des escaliers menant à un chemin de sable menant à la plage. La salle à manger est joliment formelle, avec des œuvres d'art originales et une baie vitrée donnant sur la mer. La joyeuse cuisine bleue et blanche est entièrement équipée pour les repas. Vous pouvez aussi faire un barbecue en plein air et dîner sur le pont.

La chambre principale du roi a des fenêtres avec vue sur l'océan; il y a aussi une chambre avec lit queen et une chambre avec lits superposés pouvant accueillir quatre personnes. Un lieu de divertissement ludique et un repaire de garage pour les tournois de ping-pong et les fléchettes raviront les enfants et les adultes. Montez à bord d'une voiture pour vous rendre rapidement à Waldport, avec sa baie de sable spectaculaire et son pont haut en flèche. Vous y trouverez de l’épicerie, des restaurants, des magasins intéressants et une myriade d’activités de plein air, notamment le crabe, la pêche aux coques, le kayak et la pêche. Great beach access

We loved our stay here! It's an older home but very clean. Great access to hwy 101 but far enough away to not worry about noise. The ocean is the perfect distance from the house that you can hear it but it's not too loud at night. Lots of fun things for family to do in the house. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome Stay

This was a perfect place to stay! Ocean front with a great private path right to the beach! The game room was a hit with my two littles and the whole house was enjoyable for the adults!

Nice Home. Large living space, Nice bathrooms, game room in the garage. Beautiful ocean view from the living room and deck. Easy private beach access. Close to Waldport.

Great location for one-level, beach front house with game room to boot!

We enjoyed our stay and when we noticed something that needed to be cleaned, the crew was out the next morning to address. The game room in the garage was great for the rainier days

Couldn't have been better!

Stayed here for Mothers Day with daughter and grandchildren. Beach access as easy, deck view is beautiful, beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Ocean front property

The house was perfect for our family. The walk to the beach was short and easy for all of us to use. The furniture was clean and comfortable but the big hit for the kids was the garage game room! We had some rainy days but the kids were occupied. We would highly recommende

A great gathering place!

This property was amazing with a great deck and ocean view. Literally steps to the beach. The house has plenty of beds and entertainment for everyone. Wish we could have stayed longer! Local shopping is very close. This property has everything you'll need.

Amazing Property!

We really enjoyed staying here. The neighborhood is very nice and the beach is just steps away. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. It was nice using the BBQ grill and having the pool table/ping pong table was a very nice bonus. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great weekend with family

We all enjoyed the very comfortable home and its surroundings. Pluses were the very short path to the sand and ocean and the gorgeous views through the windows as well as from the large deck with comfortable deck chairs. The ping pong table (placed over the pool table) and the video game in the 'game room' were very popular with all ages.

Weekend Getaway

Amazing property!Location and views are spectacular!Easy access to the beach and very quiet neighborhood.This house was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 4 kids.Spent a long weekend here and enjoyed every minute!The children spent hours on the beach.Beautiful sand for them to play in and large quiet beach to look for seashells,fly kites etc.The house is well furnished and a perfect place to just relax and feel at home.Will definitely be back!!

Perfect!

I challenge you to find a better location with a more fantastic view. What sold me on this property was the easy private access right to the beach without crossing a street or other properties. 15 seconds from patio to beach. It was clean and had everything we needed.

Best vacation house yet!

Excellent accomodations, tastefully decorated, best kitchen ever (maybe too many dishes), all the cooking items we needed, plenty of linens and beach towels, new model washer/dryer, and the kids loved the recreation room. The private path to the quiet beach was nice. The neighborhood is very quiet and well away from the main highway. We highly recommend the Sandpiper! Five stars.

Great view, needs updates

The view and location of this home were great! We loved the short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pans, but there were no basics like sugar or salt/pepper. The duvet cover had a hole in it, there were someone else’s underwear and socks left behind the mater bedroom door that the cleaners must have missed, and the general quality of the sheets, pillows, toys in the garage (broken kite and ping pong table net) made us feel like it wasn’t very well taken care of.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ok...House was nice and clean....the room with the bunk beds was ridiculously small and the picture was really closet so how can it be a bedroom?....Needs new showerhead in main bathroom and the toaster burns everything unless you stand and watch it...not sure if the oven was working correctly as it took along time to bake anything....Had a great time and it worked for us this year...since our original reservation was cancelled 2 weeks prior to our visit by you guys...Also the parking situation was fine for 4 cars at this house and no guest for these prices is going to leave their car at your office on HWY 101 unless they want it broken into...Thanks....:-)

Serene Ocean Views

The house is very comfortable and well laid out. It was just the two of us so we had lots of room! The view is divine and furniture basically comfortable (could be better) and the deck is very nice. It was a stormy weekend so we didn't get to use it, but would be nice in the summer/fall. Beach access was easy. Heaters work perfectly, beds are comfortable (really!) with lots of extra blankets available, but bring your own pillows. I saw reviews about scratchy towels but they weren't scratchy at all, they were actually very soft and big and lots available! Water pressure is amazing and showers are great for tall people. The kitchen was well stocked with everything including spices and basics (sugar bowl was empty, but that was my mistake for not noticing before we went shopping). The pool table was nice! There are a lot of other "toys" for all ages in the garage but most are broken and in need of repair. Neighborhood is quiet and private. Even with all the "could be better" items, this is a great house and definitely can recommend it with 5 stars.

Very dirty home

This home was extremely dirty. Upon arrival there was candy wrappers and crumpled lists and a used rag laying in the front room. The bedroom I shared with my one year old had a capsule of Benadryl on the ground next to the bed. The beds were terrible. Linens extremely worn and uncomfortable. The rec room was just as bad. Powder laundry detergent everywhere on the ground surrounding washer. There was also a lighter on the ground next to the washer. Mostly everything in the garage was broken, toys, chairs etc. the cement had sticky stuff all over and dead spiders and filth through out.

Home Away from Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is an incredible property. Easy access to the beach. The patio is welcoming and has plenty of chairs. We had a laid back vacation and spent most of the time walking on the beach. However, we would recommend The Blue Whale for food. Delicious clam chowder, halibut and chips and shrimp. The soup was so good, we bought extra so we could stay at the rental the next day. We would also recommend a trip into Waldport to visit The Chocolate Frog. A must see candy store. Don't buy your taffy from Ray's as it is made in SLC. If you want original Oregon Coast taffy, you will find it at the Chocolate Frog. When the weather cooled down, we had a fire in the fireplace and watched the storm clouds come in. The pictures accurately show the loveliness of the house. All four people had comfortable beds and rooms. We are already planning a trip back.

Beautiful Location, Management somewhat difficult

Once we had checked in, we were told that the washing machine was not working. We rented the house for 3 weeks and definitely needed to wash clothes during our stay as well as the linens and towels. We were told we could use the local laundry mat. After extreme persistence, they finally just bought a new washer to replace the very outdated one in the house. When we checked, the West facing windows did not have the shades down. The house was extremely hot and there were no fans available in the house. They offered fans which I then had to drive to the office to pick up; not ideal after a long day of travel. It was difficult to keep the house at a comfortable temperature; windows open got too cold at night; windows closed, it was too hot at night. They had the minimum of cooking items. They had no extra sheets or towels. Just the bare minimum. The beachfront position was great for long walks on the beach, watching whales breach along the shore, and beautiful sunsets. With a bit more care, upkeep, and modernization, this would be a perfect getaway house!!!
