Sundance is located just steps from Sombrero Beach and offers ocean views, a deep-water dock with Atlantic boating access, and two levels of living space. The open floor plan features a kitchen, dining, and living area with ocean views. Each bedroom has its own TV, and there are two additional living areas with TVs. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bath, while a second bedroom has a queen bed and half bath. Upstairs also has a deck overlooking the pool, dock, and ocean.
Downstairs, which is a separate living space (you must go outside to get to the downstairs, there is no indoor staircase, however there IS an Elevator outside), you can enjoy a living area with a pool table, wet bar, kitchenette, and two bedrooms sharing a bath. One bedroom has a king bed, while the other is extra large with a king bed and sitting area. The living area includes a pull out sofa with a new queen mattress. There’s a full bath by the pool deck, which includes loungers, a bar, and Bbq area. Ice machine on property is available for guest use. Three kayaks are included for your enjoyment.
The home is pet-friendly (NO Charge) and has a 7-night minimum stay. Maximum occupancy: 10 guests. Pool heat is included and set on 80 degress.

Our family really enjoyed this property. Close to everything we needed! Grocery store, beach, fishing charters and more! Only an hour drive to Key West but feels less bc the drive is gorgeous! House had everything we needed! Loved the pool overlooking the water.

The house was great except for there were no stairs inside the house to get from 1 floor to the other. The stairs are located outside the home, thank goodness it wasn’t raining when we went to bed.

Not the paradise that we expected!
When we booked this house it was advertised as accessible, but when we arrived that was not the case. My husband walks with a walker and is unable to go up stairs. When we booked it advertised having an elevator, but there was not an elevator available when we arrived. We did use a downstairs bedroom but we had to eat as a family on the lanai. The stairs that connect the downstairs bedrooms to the upstairs are on the outside so be aware that if it is bad weather you would have to go outside to get to the main living level. I did like that downstairs had a living area too. It was good that downstairs had a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave and toaster. My husband is diabetic and needs to eat when his sugar drops. The pool area is very attractive and nice , but we had to call because after a heavy night of rain the pool began needing attention. My son-in-law called but no one came that day and it took a second phone call for the pool maintenance to put on another filter. Be aware that electrical outlets are behind furniture that has to be moved in order to use . I suggest that an extension cord be provided to simplify this. My husband was very upset that we had to strip beds and put towels in the washer. He felt that we were paying enough that we should not to do housekeeping.

I am so sorry for the negative experience that you are sharing! The home is advertised that the upper and lower living areas are separate, so I am sorry that this was not ideal for your party. We do not allow guests to use the elevator for liability purposes and for that reason, we do not advertise it in the listing. We had a wonderful vacation here but it came with some listing flaws that should be noted. The house desc. & photos did not depict what they suggested. Our biggest problem was the “deep water canal access” this was far from the truth at some points water wasn’t even present! We saw 0.1” from our bottom reader numerous days while trying to get into the property at the channel markers. Our boat sat on the ground & in the disgusting muck every single day. You can’t access the upstairs/downstairs w/out going outside to the exterior stairs. Not ideal if you need the bottom part of house for kid bedrooms. The 3rd bathroom was 100% outside. It was an outdoor shower by the pool with a laundry tub sink & then a small door that opened into a toilet room. The propane tanks were stored there but didn’t work. They were almost sealed with paint. Thankfully the neighbor shared one of his tanks so we could continue dinner prep. The side area between the front and back was a disaster. Kayaks and paddles thrown everywhere, yard debris not picked up, extra old grill, and misc shed with door broken off and laying in way of gate. Property management is clearly not managing. The trash from the previous renter was left behind in the trash area which created a terrible stench and fly convention! On the positive, the kitchen was well stocked. Views from upstairs balcony were pretty. Minus the mucky water stench. Damaged drywall & exposed plumbing/electrical in upstairs bedroom.

Hi Gina! I am disappointed to discover that you have so much feedback but you did not communicate with us at all throughout your stay. Had we known, we would've been able to address these issues promptly and help improve the quality of your stay. The canal and channel have been professionally dredged and are not .01" at any point, it seems its possible your bottom reader was providing incorrect readings. We have boats belonging to guests that rent here week after week and never seen a boat sit on the bottom, so I am not sure where the misunderstanding is here. I have updated the verbiage in the listing so that the separate living spaces are more clear, I appreciate your feedback. The 3rd bathroom is absolutely not outside. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs: one in master and one just outside of the kitchen, that is just off of the upstairs guest room. The third bathroom is located within the downstairs unit and is shared by the 3rd and 4th bedroom.. You must be referring to the 4th bathroom, which is not advertised, and yes, that is located outside as an extra poolside perk! The propane tanks that are in that area were empty and being stored so they could be swapped out. In your check in instructions, it lets you know that we will gladly replace the propane attached to the grill if it runs out. We would've gladly done this for you had we known. Yardwork is done weekly and I did not notice any debris during inspection before and after your stay so I apologize if something was overlooked. Trash is picked up twice weekly, we have someone come take it to and from the curb to avoid inconveniencing any renters, this area is intentionally roadside and far from any area occupied by guests. The "stench" is usually just decaying seaweed, which is seasonal and completely weather dependent. Again, I apologize that this interrupted your stay. I wasn't aware of drywall or plumbing upstairs and the owners were the most recent guests at the home so I will follow up on this concern right away. We appreciate the positivity regarding the well-stocked kitchen and lovely balcony views! Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback and have a great day!

La maison est très bien équipée, cuisine, literies sont de très bonne qualité. Tout était parfaitement propre. La situation est exceptionnelle. Et nos vacances ont été fantastiques. Si l'on veut mieux décrire les petits défauts pour aider les propriétaires à améliorer le site : Le 2ème étage est totalement conforme au niveau des attentes. Par contre le 1er niveau est moins luxueux. les extérieurs sur les côtés de la maison sont en grand désordre. La troisième salle de bain annoncée sur l'annonce est une douche extérieure (dont je joins les photos)Ce qui fait que pour 10 personnes il y a 2 salles de douche et 3 WC.Mais je recommanderai cette maison car elle offre de nombreux avantages.
