This home has a 7 night minimum policy. We rent Saturday to Saturday only unless arranged otherwise with property manager. There is no smoking allowed inside the home! Pets may be considered with an additional pet fee and deposit. Pool heat is an additional $250 a week. There are 6 “outside only” security cameras covering the driveway, carport and pool area for security purposes. Please do not tamper with the cameras.
