Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re sorry your stay fell short of expectations. We apologize for the confusion about pool access and for not providing clear instructions or access codes; that should have been handled better. We will confirm current pool access procedures with RiverStone management and update our listing and check-in information so future guests aren’t left unsure. The missing pillow was unacceptable. We’ve addressed this with our housekeeping and on-call teams and will reinforce the turnover checklist and response procedures to prevent similar issues. We appreciate your positive comments about the location and amenities and regret that the communication problems affected your stay. Your feedback is helping us improve.

We’re really sorry to hear about the issues you experienced, especially with cleanliness, limited linens, and the lack of response during your stay. That is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we understand how frustrating that must have been, particularly given the cost of the reservation. Having to clean the tub yourself and feeling unsupported when reaching out is unacceptable. We are addressing housekeeping standards and linen inventory to prevent this from happening again. Communication is a top priority for us, and we regret that we missed the mark here. We truly appreciate you being a repeat guest and hate that this stay did not reflect your past experiences. Thank you

We’re truly sorry for the stressful experience you had at check-in, Chastity. Waiting outside your condo for hours is absolutely unacceptable, and we completely understand how upsetting that must have been. We value the security of our guests and unfortunately never received the proper verification on our end, which led to the repeated requests. That said, the way this was handled clearly caused more frustration than reassurance, and we regret deeply that it affected your stay. The ongoing texts and threats of deactivation should have been managed far more thoughtfully. We’ll be reviewing this process closely so future guests don’t have to go through the same situation. It’s especially disappointing to hear this experience has changed how you plan to book in the future. We’re sincerely sorry for the trouble this caused and truly regret that this was your impression of us.

We’re really sorry parts of your stay turned out to be frustrating, Piers. It’s upsetting to hear about the fruit flies in the unit and especially concerning that the decorative knob caused an injury—that’s absolutely not acceptable. We truly regret that you and your girlfriend had to deal with that during what should have been a relaxing trip. The narrow balcony is a fair point, and we’ll work on making that detail clearer for future guests. We’re also taking steps to treat the issue with gnats so they don’t become a nuisance again. The knob on the laundry door will be fixed right away to prevent anyone else from being hurt. We’re glad to hear the location, cleanliness, and comfort of the bed were positives, but that doesn’t make up for the negatives you experienced. Thank you for being so detailed in your feedback—it genuinely helps us improve. We’re sincerely sorry this was your experience.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re very sorry for the condition you found the bedding and linens in, as it’s not up to our usual standards. We’ve addressed this issue with our cleaning team to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Your experience matters, and we understand your frustration with the resolution offered. We appreciate your feedback and are committed to making improvements based on your comments. If you have further concerns, we’re here to help.

We’re very sorry to hear about the difficulties you faced during your stay. It’s clear we fell short in providing the level of service you deserve. The frustration you experienced with the keypad and lack of communication is understandable, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Your feedback is invaluable, and we’ll address these issues to ensure they don't happen again. We’re glad you enjoyed the location and the resort, but we understand why you’re hesitant about returning. If you decide to stay again, we hope to offer you a much better experience. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.
