EaDo House | Center of Downtown, TMC, and U of H

Our spacious and comfortable EaDo House is located in between East Downtown and Midtown. We are within a several-minute driving distance from the Toyota Center, NRG Stadium, Minute Maid Park, PNC Stadium, Texas Medical Center, and George R. Brown Convention Center.

No matter if you’re here for business, pleasure, or need a home away from home, our EaDo House has all the space and comfort you require for yourself, family and friends to enjoy all of Houston's events and attractions.

EaDo House invites you in with a pleasant and upscale decor. As you enter, a hall tree with a bench welcomes you to hold your shoes. On the same floor, there is a bedroom equipped with a Queen-size bed with a memory foam mattress, a walk-in closet, a dresser, a private full bathroom, and access to the patio with furniture.

On the 2nd floor lies the shared space area. There is an oversized couch accompanied with an ottoman and large screen Smart TV, a full kitchen with a breakfast bar and bar stools, a dining table with chairs, a half bathroom, and an outdoor balcony with additional furniture. The couch is sizable enough to amply sleep 2 people when the back cushions are removed.

However, should you require extra bedding, a Queen-size air mattress is available upon request.

Take up the stairs to the 3rd floor, and you will find the another bedroom also providing a Queen-size bed with a memory foam mattress, closet, dresser, and full private bathroom.

Down the hallway, you will find access to the separate washer and dryer machines supplying everything needed for laundry time.

At the end of the hallway, lies the master bedroom decked with a hybrid foam mattress on a California King-size bed, a large walk-in closet, a dedicated sitting area, a full length mirror, a Jack and Jill bathroom that houses a walk-in shower and separate bath tub equipped with spa jets.

Outside EaDo House, there is a 24/7 Ring camera system for your security and peace of mind. Located only outside facing front and rear access points. Actively records video and sound.

Guest have access to the entire house. Garage cabinet and pantry closet are used for owner usage only.

Our EaDo House is in between two other similar houses. There is a shared driveway, so please take caution while driving.

Garage parking included. Two vehicles can fit: 1 normal-size vehicle and 1 compact-car or SUV.

Street parking is entirely free. DO NOT PARK IN THE SHARED DRIVEWAY.
- The Primary guest must be at least 23 years old. All children must be under direct adult supervision. Please do not leave any children under the age of 18 at property alone.

- If any unaccounted/unannounced guests stay at the property, a fine of $350 will automatically be charged and your reservation will be terminated immediately. Please stick with your number of listed guests, or message us in advance of a possible extra guest stay.

- PETS ALLOWED:
1) $25 per pet per day.
2) Maximum of 2 pets only.
3) No pets greater than 25 pounds.
4) If our home is found with excessive mess left by pet, there will be a PENALTY FEE!

- DO NOT BE LOUD DURING QUIET HOURS (12 AM - 6 AM).

- NO PARTIES ALLOWED - If a security company is deployed to the listing because of a party or for breaking the house rules, guests will immediately be evicted and required to pay $800. Only small groups with the exact number of booked guests may have a celebration as long as the rules are followed and noise levels are kept to a minimum.

- NO SMOKING INSIDE. Or even burning candles. Please use the patios or go outside for any smoking.

- NO animals/pets (unless a service animal or pet fee was paid).

- DO NOT PUT TRASH INTO THE NEIGHBOR'S TRASH BIN. Please only use our trash bin. If there are any issues regarding trash, please message us.

- If the check-out time is not adhered to, a late fee of $75 will be automatically charged for every hour past time.
