Please remember that you are staying in a House, not a Hotel, treat the space with respect. If any inconvenience occurs, notify us and we will do what is in our hands and as soon as possible. However, there are no staff attending the Condominium 24/7.

We provide as a courtesy of some Amenities such as toilet paper, shampoo, trash bags, water, cleaning products, etc that are not replenished during the stay.
It does not include daily cleaning service, but if you wish we can schedule it with an additional cost.
Electricity is included in Short Stays (2-27 Nights). Please help the Planet by saving energy by optimally using the ACs by maintaining an indoor temperature of 25°C.
Electricity is not included in Long Term Stays (after 28 nights) and will have an additional cost of $4 MXN Pesos per KwH
