Guest Access:

We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay.

The apartment is located in the Zazil-Ha neighborhood of Playa del Carmen, giving you easy access to various transportation options.



Cancun International Airport (CUN) is approximately a 50-minute drive away. You can easily opt for a taxi, a private shuttle service, or a car rental. When it comes to local transit, taxis and colectivos (shared vans) are common and budget-friendly options for getting around Playa del Carmen and its surrounding areas.



The ADO bus station is also within walking distance, offering convenient connections to other cities and top tourist destinations.



For your peace of mind, the condominium complex features secure garage parking, providing ultimate convenience and safety for your vehicle.



Other Things to Note:

Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.



It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.



Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.



For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
