Vous apprécierez cet endroit que vous prenez un voyage dans le temps! Construit avant les voitures se promenaient dans les rues, cet appartement historique est l'un des premiers à Sacramento. Ma place est à proximité des restaurants et des restaurants et la vie nocturne.

les zones du centre-ville sont connus pour des problèmes de stationnement, mais pas ici! Vous avez un endroit désigné juste derrière le bâtiment.
L'espace:
planchers originaux en bois, pieds griffe baignoire, vieux armoires et les charnières, et juste un sentiment général de l'histoire dans cet appartement unique. Cet appartement a une tonne de caractère!

Également mis en place parfaite pour les couples avec une chambre à l'avant et une à l'arrière séparés par une cuisine, salle de bains, et une salle de séjour.

L'appartement est à quelques minutes à pied de tous les meilleurs restaurants et bars du centre-ville, dans un quartier sûr et animé. Situé à seulement quelques pâtés de maisons du centre-ville, le centre de convention, la capitale de l'État.
Se déplacer:
- Le transport en commun est facilement accessible avec des arrêts de bus et de tramway à proximité
- 2 heures de stationnement dans la rue, du lundi au vendredi jusqu'à 17h, généralement avec de nombreux espaces ouverts
- Vous avez une place de parking désignée juste derrière le bâtiment

Spotless property in a great neighborhood

This upstairs unit is a spotless, snug apartment in a central location to all Sacramento has to offer. Cautions - This is a building from the 1890s. The off street parking is a plus, but be warned, it is as narrow as advertised. The interior stairs are steep and a bit irregular. We didn't have a problem, but thought they were worth mentioning. There aren't any extra blankets and no heat in the front bedroom unless you leave the door open to the living room. The back bedroom (converted porch) has a small space heater but it is too noisy to run all night. The bathroom has no place to set toiletry bags - and the top of the toilet is even curved! If you have a hanging bag, bring it. Finally, the shower curtain around the claw foot tub is too long, so use caution getting in and out. My 84 year old aunt didn't even try to use it. There is no other shower in the unit.

A charming place to stay

This was a charming and comfortable place to stay. Lots of interesting details in the decor. Very clean, It is very close to the Capitol Mansions in Midtown Sacramento. A nice walkable neighborhood. There are many great places to eat and hang out within a mile or less. I would happily stay here again if I were in town!

Charming Historic 2 Bed unit

This property was perfectly situated in midtown. You can walk around to different coffee shops and restaurants. There is so much character to this place. The bed was super comfortable and the place was overall pretty clean. We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again in the future!

Good location, plenty of space!

I enjoyed my stay here, having a designated parking spot was super helpful. Communication with the host was prompt and easy. AC units in the apartment were very appreciated! Beds were comfortable.

Swan lake

Third time to stay in this charming house. Staff is quick to handle any issue. Clean. Beds are comfy. They have compiled a great list of restaurants, bars and sightseeing that was very helpful.

Sisters reunion

Perfect place for us! I have two daughters, one of them lives 5 minutes away from this property, so for me, this was super convenient. We also love the location for the same reasons my daughter lives there. Walking distance to many amazing restaurants....and the over the top farmers market on Saturday. We each had a comfy queen bed, separated by the living space, which gave us each ultimate privacy. The claw foot tub was so amazing that we had to go out and buy bath salts. Will will definitely stay longer next time. So many killer restaurants, so little time :-) Love it

Clean, safe, and centrally located

We really enjoyed our stay. The apt was clean and accommodating, and the location was incredible. We were able to walk to dinner and there were plenty of grocery stores in the area. If we ever have the need, we'd definitely stay here again.

Lovely two-bedroom in Midtown

Beautiful spot

My partner and I stayed here for about a week. It's a beautiful location in midtown Sacramento. There's a coffee shop and two corner stores very close by. We had some difficulty communicating with the people that manage this property, but it seems to have been due to a software issue on the VRBO side of things. Once we called VRBO and had them connect us with the property owner, everything went great. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location, excellent space, would definitely rent again

This apartment is in a perfect location (safe and quiet) that allowed easy access to my business appointments and many excellent bars and restaurants. The apartment has a lot of space, nicely furnished, super clean and has many amenities. It comes with a designated parking space - although there were also many spots available on the street. The property owners were very attentive and easy to communicate with from booking to leaving. They even checked in with me after I arrived to ensure everything was as it should be. I would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely rent it again.

Great location and cute, clean apartment!

We love staying in Midtown when we’re in Sacramento so that we can walk to great restaurants, coffee shops, etc. This place is an excellent location for that. It was also very clean and cute. It was very easy to access because it has a code lock. Management is very easy to contact and very accommodating. Even though it’s an older building, the place has been totally refurbished. The cons: If you’re a light sleeper or want it super quiet this probably isn’t the place for you. The walls are pretty thin so if you have noisy neighbors or rowdy people walking by on the sidewalk below, it’s going to annoy you. My companion and I were mostly fine with it, except one of the neighbors had some friends who kept running up and down the stairs being loud and obnoxious. Management has strict rules about no parties and they were pretty good about stopping it. There are very few electrical outlets, especially in the kitchen...probably because the building is old. You have to move the small appliances over to the corner that has the outlets. And the last morning we were there a bunch of the outlets stopped working...must have thrown a breaker or something. We flipped switches on the breaker box, but it didn’t fix it. However, I’m sure management would have been prompt in fixing it if it weren’t for the fact that we were about to check out. Overall it was a great place to stay and we will most likely stay again. Thank you Tim and Maya!!

Cozy apartment in a fabulous neighborhood.

The apartment was exactly what I was looking for. It was charming and cozy. Comfortable bed with a great comforter. It was cold the weekend I was there and the heater worked great. There was a parking spot so I didn’t have to worry about street parking. The neighborhood was fabulous. My morning runs were full of many stops of me taking pictures of the lovely homes in the neighborhood. There were endless options of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars within walking distance. I was able to cook easy meals in the kitchen when I wanted to stay in and make coffee each morning. The owner/ property management were communicative, ready to answer any questions I had. Overall, it was a hidden gem in Midtown Sacramento.
