We go above and beyond the recommended cleaning checklist provided by Airbnb. We rigorously sanitize our properties before and after every guests visit. The space will have air flow and windows opened between each stay. Your health and safety is our top priority.

We will send you request for the cleaning fee amount if the cleaning fee is not charged onto your reservation.

As stated in the house rules, check-in begin at 4:00PM. If the unit is available prior to 4:00PM, we can accommodate and earlier check-in.

This is the ENTIRE HOUSE! Not shared with anyone. Save $$$ from the hotels around here that aren't half as nice.

The room with the Queen over Queen Bunk Bed is connected to the main house, so you need to go outside to get to it.

Guests will need to sign a short term rental agreement prior to checking in.

Each guest will be provided with one fire log and one fire starter pack. If additional firewood is needed, it can be purchased at a nearby Lowe's store.

Host is allergic to dogs and cats, so in addition to our no pet policy, we cannot accommodate service animals if it is a cat or a dog.

Every one infant present during reservation counts as one additional guest/adult

NO PARTIES, no pets, no smoking other than the designated area in the front yard next to fire pit, no extra guests.

Other than that, this is San Diego... GO EXPLORE AND HAVE FUN!!

Please be courteous when using the towels and linens. Excessive stains may incur additional charges for replacement.

Please help us maintain cleanliness for future guests by disposing of all trash in the appropriate bins outside. Remember to put the trash cans out on Sunday nights. Black = Trash, Blue = Recycling. Thank you!
