GUESTS WILL HAVE USE OF THE ENTIRE COTTAGE + ALL THE AMENITIES OF THE OLD DAIRY COMMUNITY CENTER.

OLD DAIRY: Included in your stay are the amenities of the Old Dairy across the street which include:

-outdoor seasonal swimming pool
-fitness center
-indoor hot tub and sauna
-large game room for gathering

Also included with your Old Dairy pass, you'll receive 10% off at the Milk House Market (gourmet food market, wine, ice cream, coffee, etc.)

PETS: You are welcome to bring well-behaved dogs for $100/pet. Please see the following guidelines for your fur babies:

1. Dogs must stay off the furniture.
2. Dogs must be up to date on all flea and tick treatments.
3. Pets must be crated if unattended at the home.
4. Pet waste must be removed from the property.

If an unconfirmed pet is detected upon checkout, additional charges will be incurred.
