Welcome to Yachats Bear House, a newly renovated coastal retreat in Yachats, Oregon, just steps from the beach. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views and the soothing sounds of the waves heard throughout the house. With sweeping vistas of the coast, river valley, and village, this spacious home is perfect for multigenerational families, summer vacation groups, couples, and traveling professionals.

We are the proud new owners of Yachats Bear House and are thoroughly enjoying getting to know the Oregon Central Coast. While we are permanent residents of Southern California, we are originally from rural Indiana. The Oregon Coast is especially appealing to us as it offers the best of both worlds: the natural beauty of the West Coast combined with the rural charm of the lifestyle we grew up with.

Of all the wonderful retreats along the Oregon Coast (you can’t go wrong with any of them), we especially love how the tree-lined mountains meet the ocean. Yachats Village has everything we adore: it’s walkable, charming, and full of great amenities. Right from the start, the community draws you in.
