Experience the allure of Old Town Victoria in this south facing modern 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo overlooking a beautifully landscaped and lush courtyard and with unobstructed views of the Olympic Mountain tops. Enter through the historic "Gate of Harmonious Interest" and discover Chinatown Gem, where charming architecture meets contemporary amenities for an unforgettable stay!
After a day of exploration, unwind on the sectional sofa and enjoy the comfort of the accommodation.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable Queen-sized bed. The bathroom features a deep soaker tub with shower head. Additional amenities include in-suite washer and dryer, WIFI and secure underground parking. Please note that the kitchen does not have a dishwasher installed.
Victoria's pedestrian-friendly layout makes it easy to explore the stunning Inner Harbour, rent a scooter or bike, and soak in the magnificent views along Dallas Road. Located just minutes from downtown, Chinatown Gem provides easy access to shops, theatres, museums, and dining options.
Whether exploring Victoria's delights or relaxing on your private patio while watching captivating sunsets, Chinatown Gem offers endless opportunities for adventure and relaxation!

Important Notes:
CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. Check-in is as from 4pm P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit.
GUEST ACESS: You will have the entire apartment to yourself throughout your stay. You are provided with two keysets including fobs for access to the suite and parking garage.
GARAGE HEIGHT: 6'4'' (1.90m) - If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit.
BICYCLE STORAGE: Please note that this accommodation does not provide bicycle storage for guests bringing their own bicycles. Alternatively, guests can consider renting bicycles during their stay in Victoria.
NON-SMOKING: All our properties are NON-SMOKING. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance.
QUIET HOURS: The Strata's quiet hours are 10:30pm – 7:00am. Please respect our neighbours.
MINIMUM AGE to rent is 25.
Additionally, please take note of the following:
• Pets are not permitted.
• Victoria Prime cannot guarantee the functionality of building amenities during your stay, as this is beyond our control.
• Wi-Fi may be unavailable in the common areas of the building.
• No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by Victoria Prime.
