Built-in 2020, Iron Lady is a modern 1-bedroom 1-bathroom on the top floor as a corner unit. It is located right in the heart of Victoria’s vibrant Old Town neighborhood, and just steps to the waterfront, cafes, entertainment, and shopping. This condo has access to two balconies with views of the city and the waterway, along with access to a private courtyard where you can relax at your own pace in the beautiful green space. There is a queen bed in the bedroom, a gorgeous 3-piece bathroom, with an open concept high-end kitchen, and a beautiful living area.

The famous Beacon Hill Park is only a 10-minute walk away, as are the Empress Hotel and Parliament Buildings. If you are flying in on a seaplane, the Inner Harbour terminal is just a 5-minute walk from this condo. Victoria's bustling Chinatown and Market Square are just a minute's walk away. Gorgeous downtown unit, 2 minutes to the famous Fan Tan Alley and Market Square. Just a block from the water and Inner Harbour, float planes, museums, and so much more.

Parking: Parking is included in the monthly rental at no additional cost. Most parking spots are made for a standard-size vehicle, so if you have a non-standard vehicle, please let us know to ensure parking will suit your vehicle.

Cleaning: There is a one-time cleaning fee of $290 that will be added at the time of booking. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning, which can also be arranged on an hourly basis based on your needs.

Please note that effective May 1, 2024, the BC Government has set the minimum stay for rentals in British Columbia at 90 days. If you see the option to book a shorter stay, be aware that some platforms display this to show the breakdown of the monthly rate for this property. Also, note that the rates you see are based on 12-month stays, but we also offer rates for various other lengths of stay. All our properties have a $500 bylaw fine for smoking within the unit and the building. This includes vaping and marijuana.

Cancellation policy:
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation, it is still refundable, less a $175 administrative fee, up until you are 30 days before travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel, your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are booking a multi-month stay, there will be no administrative fee for changes, and note that you will be required to give 30-day notice of your departure date in writing.
